Allora Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

Ordered $100 worth of pizza for delivery. Pizza never showed up, when I called the store they acted like they had no idea about my order. Had to call 3x to get clarity if it was coming. Manager was supposed to call me, haven’t received any call back. Just spoke to an employee who said I’ll leave a message but “manager isn’t going to refund anything” not sure what kind of customer service this is but I will keep calling and showing up until I speak to someone because this is ridiculous. Had to keep my kids up when pizza came 45 minutes late after I had to call multiple times. They tell me to go thru third party which I ordered thru their website so I have no clue who the third party even is . First time here! The staff was friendly and place looked clean. I wanted couple slice of pepperoni which was over $4.50 a slice so I got a small pie instead. They said it only take 10 minutes so I waited and not sure why they cut in 4 slices should cut out more. The pizza was okay I asked for it to be thin but wasn’t the cheese was bit oily,the crust was crunchy, sauce didn’t stand out,wasn’t cheap with the slices of pepperoni. To me the prices for a slice is too high in my opinion saw few people at bar and nice outdoor furniture to drink and eat outside. I’m from NY so pizza I am picky about I wish this was my go to place because it’s so close to my home but I’ll try takeout...

This restaurant is great! They serve all different kinds of delicious foods at great prices. At first glance you may think it’s a bit pricey but when you receive the portion of food, trust me you will think it’s worth it. I got the chicken piccata and it was mouthwatering. The sauce it was in was super buttery and has perfect lemon flavor. There is a lot of sauce too - they’re not one of those restaurants that give you dry chicken or pasta it is SAUCYYY. I could only eat half and I can usually put down some food but there was just so much I got to save it for lunch the next day. I would highly recommend the place the staff are also very lovely...
