I had the sweetest experience at Boba Baby PBG, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest and coziest ambiance. The warm and inviting décor makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a treat. Whether you’re here for a quick boba fix or looking to spend some time in a charming atmosphere, this place truly has it all.

One of the highlights of my visit was the drink selection. I tried the Fairy Soda, and it was pure magic light, fizzy, and incredibly refreshing. The Blue Raspberry Lemonade had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, making it a great choice for a hot day. My favorite, though, was the Ube Milk Tea smooth, creamy, and rich with that nutty, comforting ube flavor. Each drink was thoughtfully prepared, and I appreciated the variety of options available to suit different tastes.

Now, let’s talk about the Passionfruit Cheesecake was a delightful surprise, offering the perfect mix of tangy and sweet flavors that made every bite refreshing. Their Special Valentine’s Day treats added a fun and festive touch, making everything even more enjoyable. However, the standout for me was the Cheese Taiyaki. The taiyaki was crispy on the outside and warm and gooey on the inside. The cheese taiyaki had a savory twist that balanced beautifully with the indulgent.

Beyond the amazing food and drinks, the service was just as impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. They were happy to offer recommendations and ensured that everything was perfect. The attention to detail and customer care really stood out, adding to the overall charm of the place.

Edit bc they changed their reply to my review: By all means, look through my account because they claimed I always give negative reviews, this place is awful and I always try to fairly rate places because I don't like to waste my time and money, so I try to be honest to my experience so others won't. They changed their reply and have been incredibly rude. Do not support businesses like this, it encourages their poor behavior. Unless you want to wait an hour for trash don't go here.

Edit: Just to clarify when I came in there was one other person when I came in ordering and a young girl waiting. No one else came in for the time I was there. I waited for closer to 40 minutes and I know I did as I called a family member before and after which was timestamped. I don't mind waiting for a good product, but the boba was so small and very hard/crunchy(not that I would care if that was the only issue). I also heavily shook my drink and stirred it, but it still sucked. I will not be coming back here, even if you pay me. The response to this review is petty, false, and indicative that they don't deserve your money.

Got the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca and crystal brown sugar pearl.

The milk tea was just vanilla tea and no brown sugar. I asked for less sweetness so I expected that a bit, but it tasted the same as my boyfriend's tea which was supposed to be one hundred percent sweetness.

The pearls were very small and the texture was all wrong on both. Just awful pearls really, my teeth hurt after chewing on them because they were small and hard throughout.

The service is super slow. Incredibly slow. Be ready to wait. Seven dollars for bad tea and awful pearls....

I'm not into Boba so please take this review for what it's worth! Went expecting to go to Authentic Smoothies, because I was looking for a smoothie shop in the area and Authentic Smoothies had great reviews. Google had them listed as being in the same suite as Boba Baby (did not know about Boba Baby before arriving). Turns out it's under new ownership and they only made a few changes to the menu... I was hungry and didn't feel like traveling elsewhere so decided to try it. Ordered the acai bowl and added vanilla protein. The prices were reasonable tho the bowl seemed a little small to me - and the presentation was great and the ingredients were fresh and tasted great and the person behind the counter was so friendly and nice! All that being said my biggest complaint is that the acai was soupy which is not what I was expecting. Would not come back for the acai bowl. But then again, this is really a boba tea place, not a smoothie shop. So I only...
