Parking is behind the location, restaurant faces the road. Was a little late to the event but still greeted wonderfully. As soon as we were seated we were given menus advised which options we had to choose from and given still water. A few minutes after waitress came back and asked to take our drink orders and if we would like some bread. We also placed our orders at that moment. I ordered the chicken milanese and power salad but also added the smoked burrata as an appetizer. I absolutely love the fact that the napkins are the black ones. I know it's something small, but when dining it's great to not have any napkin lint left behind on your clothes. It just so happened to be happy hour so we also placed an order for some wine.
The roasted garlic was so warm and buttery, literally spread like butter on the warm and crispy but soft on the inside foccacia. (we were even given some to go!)
The presentation for the smoked burrata was innovative and fun to watch. It is brought out in a smoke filled dome. Once you are ready to eat, the dome is opened and all you get is that smoky smell in the air. The burrata was so fresh and creamy. The lemon zest paired great with the homemade pesto sauce and made the cheese taste even that much more refreshing. The smokiness wasn't so much on the cheese but more so on the olive oil. This made it so intense that it complimented everything so well, the perfect bite!
The chicken milanese was paired with a delicious and fresh salad. I forgot to ask what the dressing was, but it was light, citrusy and refreshing. The chicken was super crunchy, but very juicy on the inside, cooked perfect!
The power salad was paired with grilled chicken. The chicken was not under or overcooked, and the flavor was spot on.
We stayed a bit longer and decided to order the prosciutto pizza and chicken parmesan with spaghetti. The prosciutto blended well with the pizza and did not make it too salty as I thought it would. It had a good crust. I would've liked it to be a tad greasier, but that's just preference. The freshness of the tomatoes and cheese balanced well with the tomato sauce.
The chicken parm was not too saucy and cooked perfectly. The spaghetti was coated the right amount. Soo good!
To end the night we were provided with 3 almond cookies. It looks like your normal powdered sugar S shaped almond cookie. This was not the case! This cookie was so delicious, it was like having a small little cake or moist pastry in your mouth. The outside was hard and crunchy, but once you bit into it it was like biting into an almond brownie (without the chocolate).
Overall everyone especially our waitress, was genuinely nice and super attentive. The manager came and introduced himself and discussed some of the dishes and the chef's thoughts on his combination of food, especially the smoked burrata. He also helped the waiters once dinnertime came around (they were super busy) and started to bring plates and take orders. The food recommendations provided by the staff were spot on and helpful. I would definitely recommend having lunch here or dinner, and will...

Normally we go there and Mac is our server and gives impeccable service every time. The reason we go to prezzo is the great food and him.
Met my wife there after her meeting with friends for happy hour and joined her at the table the group was sitting at before leaving. It was still full of glassware, plates etc... understandable because the group literally just left. Their server was apparently great and everyone loved her.
I went to the outside bar to order some food from the lovely bartender who was very nice and informative. She said since we're sitting we should order from a server and that she would find one to send over. Again, great experience there.
After a while we met Chris who was clearly confused that a group left and one person stayed behind and her husband and son came to meet her and wanted to eat. With a table still full of cups, glasses, plates etc... he takes our food order without asking if we wanted something to drink and walks away without clearing the table. Then the previous server came over to check on us and we told her we'd like some drinks so she graciously took our order and apologized for Chris. At one point someone dis come out and clear half the table to make room for food but never returned to clear the rest. My wife cleared the rest of the table so we didn't have to look at the dirty plates as our food came out.
The food came out and when Chris returned we asked if we could have silverware so we could eat our food and maybe some water for the table. He got us the silverware and the water and then we had to ask someone else for cups, ya know... for the water lol.
End of the meal we got dessert and I ordered an espresso. He brought it out cold with no sugar.. honestly I don't know how you guys let him train anyone but he definitely was having someone shadow him.. i really hope she doesn't follow his lead.
The staff there is really quite good all around. Maybe Chris is new to the industry? Maybe he's sick of it? I don't really know but definitely not Prezzo quality. You guys are really too nice letting him stay there. I would suggest maybe re training him? Idk... disappointed in the experience tonight. We'll definitely be back but I'll make sure Mac is...

If you’re looking for a place to eat well, drink strong, and laugh uncontrollably, look no further than Prezzo on PGA Blvd. This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience, and one that we’re still recovering from (in the best way possible).
Our night started with Chris, who clearly moonlights as a stand-up comedian when he’s not making sure guests have the time of their lives. He kept us entertained while Avery, the resident mixology wizard, made sure our drinks were strong enough to question our life choices (in a good way). These weren’t your average cocktails; these were “clear your calendar and prepare for a nap” level drinks.
Then came the food—oh, the food! Every bite was a masterpiece. From the first bite to the last, we were in a state of culinary bliss. If we had a dollar for every time someone at our table said, “You have to try this!” we’d be able to fund another round of Avery’s dangerously delicious creations.
By the time we finished, we were laughing, full, slightly tipsy, and in desperate need of a couch. If happy hour were an Olympic sport, Prezzo would take home the gold.
Final Verdict: ✨ Best happy hour in Palm Beach Gardens. ✨ Come hungry. Come thirsty. Bring a designated driver. ✨ Prepare to leave with a full belly, a buzz, and some new one-liners from Chris.
Prezzo, we’ll be...
