We like Blaze, just not the long waits. The parking at this location is also difficult. We had to park quite far away to find an open space. Three months later.... we still love the food, but had to drive around a few times today to get a parking spot that was far. I happened to notice the restaurant is surrounded by 8 handicap spots, none of which were being used. This is not fair to Blaze because I'm sure people have changed their mind and gone elsewhere when they couldn't find an open parking spot. Months later, we went in the middle of the afternoon and found parking and no line. However, two min. after we arrived, there was a line of people that went out the door and no parking spots. We still like the food! 3rd update: love the pizza, cheesy, bread, and blood orange lemonade! The staff is very friendly! However...the parking is still horrendous. 6 handicap spots near the door, nobody using any of them. (Typical) The rest of the lot full. Had to park 2 buildings over and cross traffic with a child. Very unsafe. Not Blaze's fault, but a few times, it has made me say, "nevermind". Wish your landlord would spread those handicap spaces out more.

Blaze pizza was on pizzoint! We had the "build-your-own". The price was right (as many toppings as you desire for one reasonable price - roughly $10). Ingredients were suprisingly varied and truly as fresh as could be, given the circumstances (sitting out on a cold bar). The dough was cooked to perfection. You pick your own sauce(s) and topping(s) so if it turns out less than stellar, there's no one to blame but your utter lack of flavor-combining skills. The non-fountain, fountain drink I had was delightful! Blood-orange lemonade, anyone? There were a few COVID-era setbacks I should mention: no napkins, no straws and you must ask for a sip-thru lid, if you so desire. Pro-tips: fill up your cup before placing the lid. Stick with the original dough. It's thin and crispy, but not too hard yet somehow still crusty. And according to my nephew (a value aficionado) the upcharge for other crust options (cauliflower, keto-friendly, gluten-free, raised crust) isn't worth it, unless you have special dietary needs.

I love the Fall season. I love Blaze Pizza. And I do understand in general that people like Halloween, but what I don’t understand is why anyone would want to eat dinner in a place that has decided to decorate their walls with huge black spiders the size of my hand, horrible looking demon ghost creatures hanging above my head , and imitation filthy cobwebs hanging from every light fixture ? Help me understand this logic ? In what scenario does anyone enjoy this kind of experience with their dinner in the first week of October ? I literally can’t bring my young children in here anymore. And no I’m not over reacting. You have to see these decorations. Celebrating the Fall season is one thing, to love and support. Celebrating imitation filth and fear for a month in a dining experience? No thanks. I’ll go somewhere else

Was researching pizza near me, This place had great reviews! Tried it tonight. Sooo completely disappointed. Went there around 5:00 (Wednesday), not a busy time. Went in, no greeting from anyone. I actually was invisible to them. Not sure if I pay first or construct first..still ignored as I stood there pondering. (And only 2 people as customers, 3-4 employees behind counter. Tried cash register end first and was ignored, so went to far end where two women were working on a pizza. Asked if that’s where I start. Oh, yes! THEN I noticed the pizza dough. Looked like real dough, BUT then they put it in some kind of press like a panini press only a circle and that’s how they create the shape! Nothing organic about that shape! Ordered two pizzas because their standard size isn’t really enough for two adults. Their meat options looks sooo unappetizing, like they’d been sitting out for a long time. Vegetables looked ok, basil very wilted, not at all the selection I had anticipated. I created my two pizzas, so I guess their bland flavor was my fault? Spinach, peppers, olives, parm cheese for one. Tomatoes, basil, two cheeses for the other. Brought them home, reheated, BORING. The sauce had zero flavor, the crust, yes, very thin, but totally tasteless. I actually felt so unwelcome I decided to never go back regardless of how great the pizza might be, but no problem!! Pizza had less flavor than one from freezer dept at grocery!! Too many other pizza places around here to ever have to bother with this one!!! Soooo disappointing! And those great reviews they had online??? Must have been employees trying to keep the...

I would give a negative rating if I could. I was visiting Palm Beach Gardens in December and found Blaze Pizza on google ..it was @5 minutes from where I was staying. I called and ordered a pizza. I used my credit card as payment. The next day I received a message from my CC company with regard to suspicious activity. I contacted my CC company ..they indicated that there were many charges that were being made that day that they were declining. I cancelled my CC. Since Blaze Pizza was the last place I used my CC ..I believe the person who took my order used my CC number to make purchases. I called Blaze Pizza to speak with a manager and explain my concerns. I was told that the order wasn’t taken at the store in Palm Beach Gardens location but at a call center..which I wasn’t aware of when I placed my order. I asked the manager if I could get a number at the call center to speak with a manager there. I was told she didn’t have a number to give me. She told me to call the number used to order a pizza and when they answer to ask for a call center manager. I did that ..but they put me through to the store. I spoke with the same manager at the store again and told her to please speak to someone to get me info on the call center. She called me back and said someone from the call center would be calling me. No one ever called!! I am sure I’m not the first person that had their CC number stolen at that call center. Obviously Blaze Pizza is not concerned about their customers or that someone may be stealing CC numbers. Btw ..the pizza was terrible. ...$22. for a very small pizza that was soggy. Don’t give them...
