We had such an amazing time at Sweetgreen! Dre was our server and he went above and beyond—super friendly, helpful, and answered all our questions perfectly. The service alone made the visit great, but the food took it to another level! We ordered the Autumn Harvest bowl and the Baddie Ranch bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. The presentation was beautiful, everything looked so fresh, and I honestly couldn’t stop eating until my bowl was completely empty (I even snapped a picture of the empty bowl because it was that good!). What makes this place stand out even more is their commitment to fresh ingredients. There’s a picture on the wall showing where they source all their produce from small vendors across the U.S and you can actually see right into their fridge through a glass window. All the greens and veggies are stored in clear containers, perfectly organized and super fresh-looking. It’s so cool to literally see where your food comes from! Overall, this was hands down the best salad experience ever. Huge thanks to Dre and the whole Sweetgreen team for making it such a great visit—we’ll definitely be coming back soon! 🥗💚

First and last time at sweet greens. I placed an order pick up so I guess employees thought it was ok to give crumbs and barely any chicken. When asked about chicken which wasn’t even whole pieces, just scraps, I was told that was “the proportion” even though there was plenty whole pieces on display. Employees didn’t feel the need to make it right or offer to change it out when asked. Tortilla strips were just plain crumbs. Also, they shoved a lime in the salad to make it look full. It is laughable how the salad looks and how over priced it is for what you get. If your local don’t be bothered visiting here, plenty of other salad places to support, especially since it’s an inconvenient location with parking and 0 customer service. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere. ✌️

I'm obsessed with Sweetgreen! Their food is not only delicious, but also incredibly healthy and fresh. I love that they use high-quality ingredients and creative combinations to make salad-lovers like me very happy. And can we talk about the chipotle sauce?! It's a game-changer! Please bring it back to the menu - it's the perfect addition to any bowl! Sweetgreen, you have a loyal customer in me!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just had to because of how amazing the staff is at this place. I’ve only eaten here two times and both times the customer service was above and beyond. The first time I ate here I got the harvest bowl and didn’t really like the goat cheese and the dressing and felt bad asking for something else and but I decided to just go back and ask for something else anyways and they helped me pick out different ingredients for the bowl free of charge and took the bowl I didn’t like back. The bowl they helped me put together was amazing and was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The second time I came here I ordered the caramelized steak bowl and it was amazing so I had my mom try some and she asked me if I could get her one so I went back and order another one and the guy who helped me the first time was so sweat and gave my the bowl for free on the house. Sweat greens is the best salad place I’ve ever been to and highly recommend trying out there food and supporting this...

Have you ever been to a place where the experience is so disappointing you feel compelled to post a warning review to others as soon as you get back home. This is one of those places. It's popularity defies logic. Just Salad and Bolay, located within 2 miles of here, are both far better in terms of food preparation, food quality, menu creativity, and certainly value. Sweetgreen is possibly the worst value for your money in all of Palm Beach County. Maybe this sort of thing flies up in DC, where I believe this chain originated, but down here there are far better salad-in-a-bowl options. Even Panera, with its corporate kitchen menu, is better. If the ingredients in the $15 salad I had at Sweetgreen cost them more than $2 to buy, they were cheated as much as I was visiting this place. The portion size is ridiculous for the price. At Bolay or Just Salad, a lower priced entree salad will see you through an afternoon workout. At Sweetgreen, you'll be hungry by the time you get out of the...
