First off, we go to this restaurant at least once a week as its been our favorite restaurant in the area. However, tonight wasn't a good experience. Our server was Pauli and we had him once before a month or two ago. He was not very good the first time and even worse this time. He took awhile to even greet us and take our drink order. He was like pulling teeth out of a tiger. We had to ask for every little thing and some items several times. For example, he brought our ice tea. But forgot the lemon for my wife and we had to ask for straws and sweeteners for the tea. He forgot the lemons again when bringing the straws and sweeteners. I asked for more bread and that never happened as he forgot. He never refilled our drinks or checked on us until after we were eating our dinner. The worst thing was his and the androgynous managers lack of safe hygiene practices.
There was a party of 12 setup across from us that several tables were put together for the large party. The group was seated at the tables and moved the rolled napkins containing silverware. They had there hands on the tables and decided to leave. The androgynous manager went over and separated the tables and sat other people at those tables without wiping them down or replacing the napkin rolled silverware that was touched by the people who just left.
I observed Pauli our waiter clearing our table of the plates and glasses after we were done eating. He stuck his fingers down in our glasses and carried them to the station area. I then saw him bring bread and plates to another guests table. He never once stopped long enough to wash his hands. Which means his fingers were in our glasses and who knows how many other peoples before handling peoples food and serving them.
In todays world with Covid rising. I find the lack of hygiene practices totally unacceptable. To make things worse it was not only the server but an assistant manager who should know better. The manager should set an example, advise or train staff in proper sanitation practices and admonish when those practices aren't adhered to. However, its obvious that the management doesn't adhere to sanitation practices or doesn't know about them.
I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted. I've always felt this restaurant was clean and receive good service.

Read moreThe Cheesecake Factory in Palm Beach Gardens is one of those places that truly delivers the full dining experience—from the atmosphere to the food and service. I’ve been to several Cheesecake Factory locations over the years, but this one stands out, not only because of the quality of the food but also because of its beautiful location within Downtown at the Gardens.
First, the setting itself is gorgeous. Before or after your meal, you can take a relaxing stroll through the area, which features charming walking bridges, tranquil lakes, and beautifully landscaped paths. The whole atmosphere makes dining here feel like a mini getaway. It’s not your typical mall restaurant setting—it’s a little oasis tucked away in Palm Beach Gardens, with plenty of outdoor space to walk around, relax, or even catch a sunset by the water.
Now, onto the food. Everything we ordered was fantastic. From the appetizers to the main course and, of course, the cheesecake, every bite was delicious and prepared with care. The menu is huge (as always at Cheesecake Factory), so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for a fresh salad, a juicy burger, or one of their signature pasta dishes. The drinks were also well-prepared—refreshing and perfectly balanced.
The service was equally impressive. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout the meal. She checked in with us multiple times but never felt intrusive—just genuinely attentive and welcoming. You could tell she cared about our experience and wanted us to enjoy ourselves.
Overall, this visit reminded me why I love coming to The Cheesecake Factory. The combination of great food, attentive service, and a relaxing, scenic environment makes this location one I’ll definitely be returning to. Whether you’re coming here for a casual lunch, a family dinner, or a date night, you can’t go wrong. And don’t forget to take a walk by the lakes and across the bridges—it’s the perfect way to finish...
Read moreOn 03/30/22, my family and I went for dinner. We are regulars at the cheesecake factory. I ordered FARFALLE WITH CHICKEN AND ROASTED GARLIC (I always ordered) I'm aware it came with pork so I ALWAYS ask to have it removed because I do not eat pork, that was never a problem. When I got my food on this night It had the pork, everyone at the table saw the small piece of pork meat on it, I told the server all he said was ok, then the manager Chrissy came back put the food back in front of me (basically shoving it to me to eat it) telling me it did not have pork. I had to explained to her why I didn't want to eat pork then she Interrupted me saying I should order a salad instead (pushing the menu in my face as if she was helping me). This was very insulting. We decided to ordered something else, I ordered bow tie posta they brought something else, I ended up not getting any food. My husband got his food asked for a soup spoon the server brought a big spoon, my husband said "I asked for a soup spoon", the server told my husband that the soup spoons were all in the back dirty all day, they didn't have any available. We ordered kids chicken pasta and it came to the table without chicken. We had to wait for them to bring the pasta back. THIS WAS NOT A BUSY NIGHT. Never been so disappointed with a service and I will not be taking my family back. This was not our first bad experience with this manager Chrissy, it's actually our second time she came off disrespectful to my family and I. She did not offer or came up with reasonable solution, we did not get angry and upset as they probably expected from a black family we left peacefully and will...
