I actually think the food here is quite amazing. But the issues I continue to have with take-out orders mandates that I give the location 1 star through and through. I wrote to the restaurant the following message:

In the past 2 months I have ordered take out from this location 4 times. Of those 4 times, 1 order was correct, a cheesesteak with extra pickle and fries. Another order was Traditional buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing, and extra blue cheese and celery; instead I received a regular unmodified order of buffalo wings with no extra celery or dressing and the 1 dressing in the package was ranch, not blue cheese. Mind you, the order ticket on the bag was correct; it was packed incorrectly and not checked for quality control. The remaining two times I ordered to go food at this location, the restaurant completely lost my food order. I know this restaurant well, this is Leo A., a former employee from this location. I live down the street from this location and sincerely enjoy the food from Yardhouse. But this is getting quite ridiculous and I am starting to feel like my time, and therefore my money, have been quite disrespected by the restaurant. In total, over the past 2 years this location has lost my order a total of 4 times, and your overall order accuracy (extra sauces, pickles, different side, etc., but never anything crazy) is roughly about 65%. This is a pretty solid and relatively well documented number. I tend to collect my to go orders here and 35% of the time the items in the bag are incorrect and a sizable 8% of the time my order has disappeared completely resulting in my decision to immediately order elsewhere to enjoy dinner because I don't reward ineptitude with my money, time, or patronage. I don't want anything free either, I'd rather properly give the restaurant my money and enjoy the food I ordered some 30 minutes ago instead of leaving disgruntled and excessively hungry after a long day of work. But these last few instances have particularly left me upset and now I don't have much faith in this location's ability to properly provide to go services; particularly on Friday/Saturday evenings. Please improve these issues.

I hope this review, and the same message sent directly to the store, results in a drastic improvement. As for the present, I will happily dine in and enjoy the food at this location; but moving forward, this location has lost any potential take-out earnings from my pocket which is $200-$300/year. And I will continue to share this experience with those around me, which is to say, people in the immediate area of this location. I'm just disgruntled by the lack of quality control exhibited from this restaurant. I do care greatly for a number of this location's employees, but they have got to get it together. ...

I want to share my experience at Yardhouse PGA recently, as I believe transparency is important. Overall, the food quality is fairly consistent, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right when issues arise. However, I had a disappointing encounter with a server named "Mateo" that I feel obligated to warn others about.

During my last visit, which was later in the evening, Mateo was assigned to my table. At first, he seemed attentive and honest, but that turned out to be inaccurate. As a solo diner, I noticed some of my dishes needed to be fixed, and although they have runners who deliver orders, Mateo did not check on me once after the runners delivered my food. When I sent a dish back, he seemed manipulative and seemed annoyed when I addressed the issue.

The most concerning part was at the end of my meal when the bill arrived. Mateo added a 25% gratuity without my consent—completely unforeseen and inappropriate for a party of one. I had to get up and address this myself, as he appeared inconvenienced and annoyed by my concerns. Throughout the meal, he never checked on my water, never confirmed or conferred regarding food quality or service, and seemed too busy attending to larger parties.

What truly upset me was that, despite the negligent service, I still left an appropriate tip after correcting his unjustified gratuity. Restaurants are required to disclose any automatic gratuity; failing to do so is against the law and constitutes fraud !

As I was leaving, I thanked Mateo, but he only looked up from taking another order and responded with an extremely rude expression. Based on this experience, I believe Mateo is immature, incompetent, abrasive, and inexperienced. He is a poor reflection of the Yardhouse brand and should be avoided at all costs.

While Yardhouse as a restaurant maintains good standards, my specific experience with Mateo was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions to avoid Mateo...

Honestly will never go back. Service was terrible and several orders from our party had to be returned to the kitchen. Food was not even warm and there was something wrong with just about everyone's plate. I ordered the seared sesame crusted ahi. I swear what they brought me was not what the description read. Literally 2-3 bites of jasmine rice which was crunchy from sitting under a warmer too long. And the food was still cold when finally brought to the table. The only hot food we received was the edamame appetizer! You literally had to flag someone down to get our waiter or wave at them from across the restaurant to get their attention. Large parties are broken down into checks of 6 people. Which that was confusing. Our party of 3 which consisted of myself, grandson and daughter had to be added onto another guests check which made it very inconvenient. Having to cash app them the money and etc so they could pay the check. Just a bunch of nonsense. Gratuity is included in the check which I understand a lot of places do this now for large parties but don't count the large party as one then break it down into 4 separate checks and add your gratuity when you didn't deserve it anyway. It took just about as long waiting for our checks as it did the food which was a loonngggg time! For nothing. Food is better at Applebee's! Just a waste of time and money. Restaurant is very busy and servers are everywhere. Service should be 5⭐ but the reality of it will disappoint you. Water was...

This is a great place to meet up for drinks and food. I've eaten there twice now within a month. Brought my small 16 lb. dog with me on both occasions. My guest also brought their small dog as well. We were pleasantly greeted and taken to the outside covered patio dinning area. Where we found a family of six also brought their new puppy. The dogs were very well mannered but a couple of the kids could have used a collar and leash 😂. The food was excellent and so was the service. Water was brought out twice for the little Caine guest. They also shared a nicely prepared ribeye together. So, please if you feel guilty for going out for dinner and drinks and want to take your little furry best friend with you. May I suggest the Yard House, restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens. Dominic, was our waiter and he was excellent. Ask if he's there and request his section. You want be disappointed. Enjoy your time there.👍🍹 Photos of Bailey and Maxwell. A very social breed if I have to say so myself.

This place is awesome!! An insane selection of craft beers, cocktails, drinks and food. There is SOMETHING for every single type of diet, food preference and/or restriction. Service is so friendly and fast....food came out hot and in amazing portions. I had the cheese curds as an appetizer, I would have liked a tad less batter but it was still really good. I'd order it again. My main dish was a zatar spiced salmon fillets with red quinoa, roasted cauliflower, pistachios, raisins and kale. This side was the winning aspect of the dish. So flavourful and perfectly seasoned. The ambiance is really relaxed and comfortable with rock music playing in the background (but not too heavy...they play a great selection) it's just a bit dark for my liking this many restaurants are fond of the dim lighting. It's not romantic so I wish there were more lighting but overall, I highly recommend this place and I'd come back again.
