I haven’t been to the store today or never because I came to hang out with friends of mine unfortunately one of my best friends went into the store and She was explaining it to me that that the staff members in the store were so disrespectful and so cruel to my best friend and then she was asking a simple question about one thing and everybody looked at her very mean and cruel like she didn’t belong there and that’s what she told me and my other best friend you she was also a person with special needs and my other best friend too and I am too we’re all special needs and you know a little advice if you’regonna run a business always treat customers like your family and always treat them with full respect you know we’re all little different and we’re a little bit different like everybody else but we should be treated with a lot of respect and not lotta love I don’t wanna make this a huge thing but it was really uncalled for I don’t know who the person Was but please understand this I don’t mean no harm or anything try to treat others with a lot of respect and a lot of love I don’t have no hate towards anybody in the store maybe I’ll shop in the nearest future but for just giving you guys a update of what happened to my best friend always think before you say something or or especially an attitude...
Read moreI wanted to share a story about an amazing experience with Ashley, the store manager, of Vagabond Apparel Boutique. I ordered a hat online and it was promptly and carefully packaged and shipped USPS. The shipment was delayed and seemed lost due to the fault of USPS. I called and spoke to Ashley, she said she would investigate the problem and would also hold an identical hat until she could find out where my shipment was and if the shipment was lost she would ship the replacement hat at no charge. Luckily, USPS did find the box and my hat was delivered. Ashley updated me throughout the whole process also emailed me after I received my shipment to make sure the hat fit properly as I was unsure if I needed the small or medium when I had placed my order. She went over and beyond to help me with my purchase, the store is lucky to have her as the manager. I will be a loyal Vagabond Apparel shopper...
Read moreI went in on my lunch break and found this super cute pair of pants on the sale rack. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try them on due to all the dressing rooms being full and being in a time crunch. I had asked about the return policy and was told they were final sale. Not wanting to risk them not fitting, I asked politely if they'd hold and I'd come back after 5. The owner told me normally they don't hold, but she agreed since it was only a few hours. I walked in the door at 5:30 and the pants were "nowhere to be found" - yet still in inventory. I gave my info in the event they found them...Well I just called the store today and now the pants are sold out, and out of stock. It feels like they sold them out from under me! Extremely sketchy business practice... disappointing to say the least :( I do...
