My family and walked in at 8:30 pm we began to look at the menu and was told in a very aggressive manner we are closing which the store closed at 9pm that immediately made us feel very uncomfortable. Once we gave our order we could still feel very uncomfortable the person that helped us had a red shirt on I assume she was a manager very nasty our sandwiches was made in less than seven minutes which immediately lead me to believe that they werenāt fully done, my husband asked the cashier if they had mushrooms he told my husband no once we went to pay there was a sign there that says that they do sell mushrooms when I questioned the cashier on this he said he thought my husband asked him if there was any mushrooms on the sandwich so he then told them to add the mushrooms when I opened my box the mushrooms was just thrown on top of my sandwich our sandwiches were thrown together they were cold the steak didnāt taste done. Iām very disappointed in the service that we received tonight I understand the need for everybody wanting to go home at night but a half an hour before closing time and we were treated like we came in there at 8:55 and they close at nine is unacceptable! I have tried multiple times with this location before even writing a bad review, keep in mind. One day I placed an order ahead of time, approximately 4 hours ahead of time. I had some worries that my ticket would print right away and be made and then sit 4 hours for pick up, but assured myself that couldn't happen... sure enough, picked up an extremely soggy, cold Italian.. unfortunately, on my lunch break so I didn't even have time to have it remade, and I was afraid of eating lunch meat that sat out for 4 hours... I have also picked up group orders multiple times from here, when one person in the group requests for example, no onion, no tomato.. everyone in the group also does not get onions or tomatos, although their order didn't specify that... Seems my luck is the equivalent to a trip to McDonalds, rarely getting...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAwful service. I don't even know where to begin. The person taking my order got it wrong twice and overcharged me. Then I had to wait for a manager to reimburse me. I had 2 gentleman ahead of me who order 2 subs but I still waited 30 minutes to get mine. While my subs were being made, they were sat aside because the previous customers orders were wrong. Management was standing on a ladder the entire time just chit chatting with another employee who was doing nothing. Then while my 2nd sub was being made, the guy helped correct the previous order, sat mine to the side and started opening and unloading products from boxes while still using the gloves he was making my food with. Luckily, the only guy who had any sense in the entire place, finished my food. Worst headache ever and the only location I've received that poor of service. I will never go back to that...
