What a generic response... you most definitely do not try and please everyone. Im not even hard to please.. i just want decent service and decent food.. you offer poor service and bland food. I cant even believe your BS defensive reply.. why don't you actually try. I get it, you don't have to these days... doesn't mean you shouldn't. The service was terrible. I had to ask for nearly everything multiple times. I asked for additional salsa after our food was delivered 3 times and it never came. Ran out of water twice, the second time I just didn't get anymore water. They were very overwhelmed even though it didn't really show in the amount of guests. I really wish I had one nice thing to say about this place... well, actually, their salsa is okay. Its not, bad, thankfully. The fajitas were not good. Terrible ratios. Basically a massive pile of onions with minimal peppers. The protein we chose was steak and chicken. They both looked good, but ultimately were bland. The chicken, was inconsistent. Some pieces were covered in spice, others not so much. Overall, not even decent fajitas, they were bland. Also the onions really over powered everything. Needs much much more flavor. We asked for all flour tortillas but were brought half flour half corn. The tortillas got hard almost immediately after taking them out of the foil. Only take one out too because they are very very hard and gross if left out while you eat one. Not nearly enough sour cream, one small dollop vs roughly 5x the amount of guac. Wow what a horrid experience. The food is always sub par. The chips are lousy and make you pay for a refill (never heard of this but here) and the small tiny salsa is beyond basic jar. Been coming here for years because it’s close. It’s overpriced and not nice inside but close to my parents home. Tonight was the ADIOS moment. Walk in, brightly lit and staff super rude. Ask to sit in section so my guy can watch the football game. NOPE WE JUST CLEANED HERE but you can sit in the back. No one there just a few tables. Really? …we’re a nice couple wanting food and to watch the game. SO UNFRIENDLY like they want to close at before 8:00 pm when we arrived at 7:45 on a Saturday night and hate us walking in. Wow good bye and good riddance!!!!! Never was decent food but to treat walking in customers like TRASH is the limit!!!! The staff here has never been polite or looked like they wanted to be there for years….so no great loss. Went to another place that could not have been nicer and spent $100. Glad you did this! THANK YOU FOR MAKING US LEAVE. Found a way nicer place that likes their customers and makes way better food. All I can say is YUCK FACTOR 1000% stay away unless like you like abuse,hateful staff, and basic bad Mexican food way better choices even fast food makes this...

DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We went to have dinner my friend and I, we haven't seen each other in awhile. We ordered and ate and then chatted for a bit. We asked for salsa before we got our food, had to ask a couple times but eventually got it but barely any. They never refilled our waters. We asked for 2 boxes but just got 1. But then we chatted for a little. Watching to make sure there were tables for people and not staying long. Towards when we were getting ready to leave on our own, but also having a conversation 3 different servers came up and aggressively asked if we wanted anything more. One of them hastily reaching over us to grab our knives off the table smiling like someone trying to hide their hatred or something. This was so rude that a table across from us said "time to leave. Take the hint." So neededless to say, if you want am environment where you can eat and chat this place is not for you. If you want your servers to actually be friendly, this place is not for you. It's one thing to politely ask someone if they are done but it's another thing to be so rude that other customers then decide its OK to ridicule and be rude to you because the server was.
