This is the second time my son and I have been to the new location. OMG COLLECTABLES - HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. BOTH TIMES THEY WERE "OMG" EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
8-6-22 Saturday night we arrive at 7:30pm. 30 min before they closed. My son asked one question, and they acted so bothered. Hahaha. There was a guy sitting at the a desk behind the counter and 3 other's working in this store with no customers but us. Everyone ignored us!
I asked the guy behind desk if we could get help.....What does he do???? He points to one of the other employees working and says can you handle it.... HAHAHA. This is our last visit to this store.
I know nothing about cards. But i know what good business practices are....THIS ISN"T IT. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!!
Not greeting customers when the enter a place of business is a quick way to run your self out of business..
Who ever owns this place needs to watch their staff because they are not working. Yet playing around on a computer or watching cartoons. NOT WORKING. There are other places to spend your money in town. If you know cards you know what is good.
For the owners, maybe hire people who know how to talk to customers and sell??
Not nerds who are annoyed when the see a young kids who are excited to visit and spend their money. I even said to the guy working are we too much of a hassle for you to get up and acknowledge us ??
This place is a joke. Look up other card places when wanting to buy or sell stay away from here.
Something to consider, It's actually funny. The "Owner" responded to my review about a hour i left it... As you can see for yourself. Claimed that they are going through a hiring stint.
Lol. The Owner who responded was the they guy sitting behind the desk.. So my question to you Mr. Owner behind your desk to busy on the computer. Where were you???
You had the opportunity to teach the staff what good looks like and set a example right???
You set the standard, you made excuses, and your business will not survive. OMG...
Read moreI almost hesitated on writing a review but felt it was necessary. I called to see if they had any booster boxes for Lorcana and the guy answering the phone said they had two editions in stock, The First Chapter for $200 and Rise of the Floodborn for $140.
Ten minutes later I arrived in the shop and a different guy (could tell by the voice) asked if I could be helped. I told him I just called in regards to booster boxes of Lorcana. Right away he was standoffish and said they had none. I told him I just spoke to someone.
He then eventually said they had the first two editions (the ones I came in for, but not the new one) and I said that was fine.
He said The First Chapter was $250 and the Rise was $140. I told him I just spoke to someone over the phone and they said First was $200. He said rudely, âsorry, I make the prices and itâs $250.â I was of course not happy about that.
Then I looked at the First box and it had a price sticker that SAID $200. I pointed it out, and again he said, âsorry I make the pricesâ rudely and proceeded to print a sticker for $250 and stick it over the $200.
As a customer here for a while, this was shocking the way I was treated. It was false advertisement, waste of time, waste of gas, and terrible customer service.
I wonât be returning, and I know one customer probably makes no difference, but I hope others who have had bad experiences follow suit, or if anything, OMG at least stays true to pricing and fixes their...
Read moreI whet to sell some comic cards 115 holograms special cards I was asking 5 bucks each one and they were in good to excellent condition. One which they had in glass case for 100.00 bucks exactly the same one I had same condition. But he wanted all of my cards for 100 dollars. I understand that they need to make money but come on he wanted me to give them practically for free. I will save them and pass them down to my child when she gets older they'll be worth a lot more. And I asked about grading them he said good luck with that that they would have to be in very mint condition I asked like as soon as you open the packet he said maybe even beyond that! What's beyond that right off the printing machine don't know if he knows what he's talking about or maybe he just didn't like the fact that I didn't sell my cards to him....
