They do not know how to mark clothing requests so that your items are cleaned and pressed properly. I have made several attempts and ask every time I drop off clothes to please make sure there are no creases in our shorts and pants, the owner Perry proceeds to tell me "your file is marked and the shorts will not be creased as requested and noted in your file" Today I picked up six pairs of men's shorts all creased. Shame on me for not checking knowing the history. I figured the owner would be the one to get it right. I called and requested they pick up my clothes, press them as promised and noted in my file then deliver them to me. I was told they don't do that and I would have to drop them off at 7 AM and return before closing at 6 PM and they will be redone as originally requested. This would be great if my husband wasn't ill and I had a personal assistant who had time to go to the dry cleaners to drop off, pick up, go back, then drop off the items to be corrected and then go back and pick them up again. I think 4 trips to the cleaners is a bit much. I explain my husband was ill with cancer and my timing is very limited, the girl apologized and said your order has to be $25 or more for us to pick it up and deliver… Such a disappointment in customer service. Horrible people. Horrible customer service. I brought in a pair of pants to get shortened and when I picked them up, the hemline was completely crooked. I told them I wouldn’t be returning (because they wouldn’t fix it) and the man (most certainly NOT a gentleman) threw my pants in my face and told me to go stand in the middle of traffic.
