Used to love Colombinos until today! I phone ordered one of their Colombino pizzas with 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 sausage as well as a large extra cheese pizza. Drove 20 minutes to "pick up the pie for lunchtime with co-workers" and come to find when I returned with the pizzas, that the pie (that the majority of people were eating) wasn't what we ordered! When attempting to contact them after the 12 noon lunching hour to inform them of the incorrect order, that they have an automated message that states that they're busy and to try back at a later time. Meanwhile, people just started eating the pizza because everyone was hungry and weren't going to wait another hour to return for the correct pie. When I finally DID get through to them, the first person I spoke to on the phone was acting like she didn't care what I was saying to her *had an attitude) and so she said hold on, and put someone else on the phone to speak to me. It was the same person that I placed the order from (name is either Norma or Nonna... not sure because she was UNCLEAR). She also didn't really seem to "care" to want to hear that my order was wrong.... I was asking her if they do quality control by checking that the order is correct prior to putting the orders out and her response to me was " were not perfect!!" and said it with attitude. Guess they don't really care if they serve the correct food to the correct customers. She did EVENTUALLY offer me a free large pizza and took my name. I don't think I'll be back to give them patronage! Why would I? I'm wondering HOW MANY PEOPLE have received the WRONG ORDER once they get it home or to their destination??? Shame on you Colombinos for ASSUMING that the CUSTOMERS that are keeping you in business should have to be REQUIRED to check their order prior to leaving your establishment!!! I BET I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS...
Read moreI called in for a pick-up order. This was my first time ordering from this place. I wanted a Stromboli, the lady on the other side of the phone said that they were out of those and they told me I would have to order them 24 hours in advance. I said,"well, what about a calzone?" She said they had stuffed bread. I'm not sure what that was, so I asked if those were big enough to fill one person.. She rudely kept responding to me, acting like I was supposed to know the size. I told her I would like the 1 calzone she had that was for 1 person and 2 pepperoni stuff breads. I get to the place. Find out they do not even take CARD... I had to go to their ATM and spend an EXTRA 1.75 to take out cash so I could pay them. Which I think is ridiculous and was not informed over the phone after I had already told her this would be my first time going there. I leave facility and make it back to work, come to find out, they didn't even give me sauce for calzone. Everything I had ordered was AS DRY AS COULD BE. So I called back and asked the lady , if they forgot to put sauce on the side for calzone or they don't ask if you want sauce. They lady made me WAIT on the phone, just to ANSWER MY QUESTION!!! FINALLY, lady picks up phone and says, yeah, that would have been another 75 cents... I said well. If i would have KNOWN ya'll weren't going to give me sauce, I would have bought it. So $10 worth of food, went to the trash because NO body wanted...

This place is a true neighborhood gem, serving up the freshest, warmest Italian bread you’ll find anywhere in the area. Whether you choose the plain or sesame seed loaf, grabbing one in the morning with a bit of butter (just under $3!) is the perfect way to start the day.
Lunch here is equally impressive. The whole Italian sub and the whole meatball sub are both massive—easily over a foot long—and absolutely delicious. Packed with flavor and generously portioned, they’re not only tastier but also more affordable than what you’d find at Publix or Subway.
The bakery section is just as tempting, with a wide array of desserts including tiramisu, cheesecake, brownies, and italian cookies by the pound. It’s impossible to walk out without grabbing something sweet.
They also offer fresh pizzas, strombolis, deli meats by the pound, a variety of cheeses, macaroni and tuna salads, and an impressive selection of olives. There’s truly something for everyone here.
It’s the kind of place that feels like home—run by people who care about quality and community. I’ll definitely keep coming back for the bread, the subs, the sweets, and everything in between. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t be...
