I came last night with my boyfriend . We come almost every night and get Oreo frappes and there coworker maribel told me “ it’s easier if you use the code at the screen and not at the window , it messes us up over here “ I never had a problem with giving my McDonald’s code before so when she said this I didn’t clearly hear her so I said “ what “ and she repeated herself . I told her I worked at 3 different McDonald’s companies and never had a problem with someone providing me a code whether it was at the screen or the window . I understand that McDonald’s and other fast food companies run on a timer, but all the rudeness attitude and disrespect-she was giving me was just running up her timer anyway. When I confronted her on her behavior I mentioned “ misery loves company keep your negative energy over there” and she had finally proceeded to cash me out. so this whole time me and her bickering, the timer was running, and I wasn’t cashed out. When she finally cashed me and my boyfriend out , we drove up and she screamed out her window with a customer in front of her “you’re not going to do anything” and was screaming nonsense . I told the manager at the window Martin who knows us and sees us a lot at night & has no problem with us helped us with providing his name and her name , free frappe and the company store on a piece of paper . Read moreWorst customer service EVER!!! I feel like it's being runned by teenagers with no manners. Just went to thru the drive -thru to get ice cream cones for my kids. The car in front of me was filled with teens and the lady at the window was just talking to them while holding my ice creams out the window!! uncovered. I'm not even at the window yet so why would they hold my food out. I beeped many times asking to please not hold my food out as I'm not even at the window yet. I was met with eyes rolling and her saying something underneath her breath saying something along the lines of "yea she can." I asked her to throw those out and make me new ones because it had been out for more then a minute. She ended up saying no. So I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. They gave me new ice creams and they did but everyone had a huge attitude about it. Customer service is the worst here. I even saw a worker drop a sandwich on the floor and putting in a bag but once they noticed that I saw the worker threw it out. So had I not been standing right there someone in drive-thru was about to get a fresh sandwich off the floor!! DO NOT GO HERE, unless horrible customer service and food off the floor is what you like. give this place 1 star cause I at least did get new ice cream with no apologizes ...
Read moreI've been going to this McDonalds for years since they opened (had daughter's birthday here 24 years ago). We don't visit as often because the kids are grown and we try not to eat too much fast food. On our recent visit, we received very hot fresh fries with our order. Husband gets his sandwich no ketchup and it was made correctly. We had unsweetened tea and were given the correct drinks and the employee even repeated what we were receiving. I ordered filet o fish. If you aren't ordering a fish sandwich during Lent, you can pretty much expect it to be substandard at any McDonalds. The ingredients were not stacked property, looked thrown together. I had to pick the fish off and re-set it on the middle of the bun and redistribute the tarter sauce. The fish had nice color so I expected it to taste good but it tasted soggy as if it was not fresh or was reheated. We went through the drive thru and the location looks like they are taking a lot of extra precautions and care for the pandemic. The window employees were very friendly. Our visit was great except for the quality of the fish, but that's sort of expected in October. It could have been worse but it was okay, not great.
