Palm Springs Plaza — Local services in Palm Springs

Palm springs plaza gets an automatic 5 star from me because I've seen multiple plazas built and eventually fail and become an eyesore. However this plaza is just a few blocks from where I lived when I was in elementary school. Over that period of time I've seen it change a lot. Multiple stores opening or closing. They had a pier one import store built on the corner at one point. In it's current state I think it is very well taken care of. I feel it's a clean and safe property. The best part of the plaza is the amount of different businesses they have. I believe the diversity is the key to the success. For instance you have a grocery store, metropcs, dollar store, pharmacy, pizza restaurant, a clinic, clothing stores! Just the diversity alone is enough to keep this plaza alive and well for...

Aldis,Dollar store,Harbor Freight,Chili's and Quest Labs love The Fish/PET store :) Only thing missing is a Bowling Alley to Bowl or Arcade Room or Movie Theater .DDs and Ross and the Cricket store really have no business being in that Shopping Mall.This area has gone down hill when they took the 99CENT stuff store out of the plaza.Just seems Like a Low grade plaza.Pier 1 Imports was Bought out by Chili's 2018 Plaza is still kinda Dumpy.Aldi Grocery carts are left out in the parking lot not being returned.Why is there Cricket and T-Mobil 4 stores down from each other ? Why not put in an Arcade game room, or a GARDEN CENTER ? so those that are home owners could Afford to buy plants etc.at a Decent price.To make Lake Worth look alittle more APPEALING...
