Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Palmdale

My order was simple. No cheese, easy sauce on my burger. The person taking the order read it back to me. So what did I get on my burger? If you guessed cheese and extra sauce... Ding, ding, ding!!! You are correct. My burger was a cold (the cheese was even cold), slipping & sliding mess... Thanks Carl 😕

Stopped by today for 2 Famous Stars, one with no cheese. Asked the server, politely, to make my order "fresh, made to order". He must've been perturbed by me asking this because he replied in a huff "ALL OF OUR BURGERS ARE MADE FRESH TO ORDER". Ummm, no they are not, that's why I asked. I was used a promo code for 2 Famous Stars with Cheese for around $6 (great deal!). Get to the window to pay, show my promo code, he enters it, and it doesn't work. He tells me that I have to get 2 burgers with cheese for the deal. Never had to do that before, I tell him, but ok. Again, he is perturbed. Calls his Manager who tells me no problem, we'll just enter it as 2 burgers with cheese and give her one without. Simple right? Nope, cause he's asking if I can have the burger without cheese. Dude..... why me? Why?! The manager's looking at him like, yeah, give it to her. She rings me up, forgets to give me my card (why Lord?...) He's asking if I got my card and is looking at it. I'm just trying to get my food and go. Oh yeah, guess whose burger was lukewarm and not made fresh to order?! Ding, ding, ding! If you guessed mine, you are absolutely correct!!! (LOL) It didn't even have lettuce on it... Ha, ha! I CANNOT with these restaurants anymore. I cook at home regularly, but SOMETIMES, I just want a fast food burger. Fresh and hot. Is it that hard? Horrible customer service here ! A lady named Alicia at the drive thru window was very rude! She said to have the mobile app ready to scan before I got to the window and when I was showing her my phone she said she thought I was using Apple Pay? Then rolled her eyes? Barely reached out the window to give me my food. Only gave me 2 dipping sauce for a 5 piece chicken tender meal and 9 piece jalapeño and a 6 piece jalapeño. Her customer service skills are horrible! No wonder they hardly had any business maybe because customers aren’t happy with the rude service they receive here. Makes me not wanna come to this location that’s why I enjoy going to the location on Avenue L & 10th st west. Guess I’ll be going out of my way from now on. Train your clerks on being nice and if they’re having a bad day to leave that at the door. It’s not the customers fault if their going through something for them to take there nasty...

Went to order 4 Golddigger promo hamburger. The order taker at the drive thru said she didn't know if you had to order it 8n the APP. We ended up with a Chicken not Hamburger Goldigger for $7.99. Didn't realize it until we got home. Threw it away. Went back for the same hamburger Goldigger. It was so awful I couldn't eat it. This particular restaurants food is so terrible we will never be back-like every time we have gone there. Alot of our friends & neighbors say the same.
