Love this place!
Their boba is fantastic! I got the standard tapioca pearls with matcha tea, but they have SO many different pearls and tea flavors to choose from. Iām half Asian, lived in Asia for 5 years, and have traveled there more times than I can count.. I grew up on boba. A lot of it. So,Iām not sure what some of the reviews about the pearls are about. Their boba is legit, itās exactly like the boba you would get on from a boba street stand in Shanghai. Itās just boba, good boba lol. Everyone was so friendly, and I loved everything I got. Itās not a cheap place, but everything I got was superior to other similar places around here.
My favorite item was their combination bahn mi. It was seriously one of the best bahn mi Iāve ever had! It was actually really surprising, I expected good but it blew me away. I couldnāt stop talking about how good it was while I was eating it, hahah. I thought the ratio of bread to filling was perfect, every bite was satisfying! The meat was delicious, pĆ¢tĆ© was so good and exactly the right amount was there, perfect balance of meat to veggie filling, and their bread.. whatever rolls theyāre using are YUM. Itās not a crispy baguette roll, like how we think of baguette, as one review stated.. but itās delicious so I donāt see the problem. What matters to be is that it was good bread, very good bread. It wasnāt soggy for me, it was slightly crispy and super soft. Yum. At the end of the day itās a sandwich and this place did well with their bread choice. Id love to know where they get their rolls from. Also the sandwich was the most reasonably priced item, at 10 dollars it is a massive sandwich; you could split it between two people if you werenāt greedy with good food like I am. Extremely filling and one of the best Iāve had!
The mochi donuts are delicious, expensive but itās a speciality item so thatās to be expected. They make them fresh daily and thereās nowhere I else I know of near here where you can get them, so I would expect them to cost more than Dunkin or grocery store donuts. Makes sense to me. The fruity pebble ones were my personal favorite, but the matcha, ube, and all other flavors I tried were great as well!
Iāll definitely be back, all their other food looks so good! Canāt wait to try their Pho. All the friendly people there are so pleasant as well, owners clearly want to make their customers happy and have a quick chat :) If someone has trouble understanding what you say or ask the first time just smile, slow it down, and try again with a positive attitude. If English isnāt their first language it means their food is probably legit and theyāre 100% putting more effort into the conversation than you are, what it doesnāt mean is that theyāre not listening or dodging your questions. Give this place a try! Definitely my new...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've come here a few times and it gets better with time, has the potential to be great. I love the Mochi Corn Dogs, especially Potato and Cheetos(regular or hot). Whether Cheese, Hotdog or Half and Half, they are all really good. My only complaint is that the last time I was there it was busy and my order sat around for some reason and got cold so the Cheese was not melty and the Mochi dough was undercooked. The Coconut Boba was probably the best I've ever had with tapioca brown sugar pearls. The Passion Fruit Green Tea with popping pearls was good too. Now these are the priciest drinks I've had of this variety but I would absolutely recommend the Pure Sugar Cane Juice, it is so fresh and beautiful, I would come back just for that. The Mochi donuts are good too, my fave is Ube. I would recommend going when they are not busy if possible, they are short staffed and the quality suffers. One of my drinks was given to a different table the man didn't complain and accepted the drink, at some point when his partner mentioned it to the staff they took the drink back from him mid drink to bring out his correct order. One of my Mochi Dogs were incorrect as well and we didn't notice until we tried it. When we let the staff know they took it back although already contaminated. Nothing major just a bit odd. If you made a mistake I just don't see what's that point of take backs. If going for a meal your looking at $30-40(drink, app, main, dessert) if just a snack $15- 25 depending. I will be back just not as often as I...

First off, there's no way to order ahead. Nobody answers the phone if you find it on the photos of their menu but it's not listed on their Google result. Instead, there's a chat- which they also do not answer.
We got there around 5pm intending to order dinner to go. Stood in line for 20 minutes to learn the items aren't even freshly made. Ordering was tedious because they literally don't have half the items on their menu. What they call spring rolls are summer rolls everywhere else that offers the same thing, and she brought them out from the fridge. They must've been in there a while because the skin had hardened. Over-priced at $6.99 (average around here is $5.99 for the same menu item) to have something that's not even freshly prepared and in fact refrigerated so long it hardened.
The boba in their tea are NOT tapioca pearls. I don't know what the heck they are, but for sure they're not tapioca pearls. If you're looking for authentic boba tea, this isn't it. Way over-priced at $6.50 for 16oz and it's not even boba.
Meanwhile, there's a kid (early teen) running around coughing with no face covering and without covering his mouth, pranking his mother (the lady running the place). He interrupted our transaction to tell her to drink something he handed her, which she did and immediately rushed to their kitchen sink to spit. I've never seen such an odd display at a food place, but I don't think it speaks well for their sanitation.
They get 2 stars because the mochi donuts are...
