Every other table marked with a sticker "Do not sit here." Since I have an impaired immunity, I chose a table away from people. After ordering, people were seated behind me at a table with the "do not sit here" sticker. I told the waitress and she said the manager sat them there and he has the option to do that. I was a foot away from people not wearing masks. Being diabetic, I had to eat, so I did not have the option to leave. Why does William's put up signs, making you believe something, then do as they like? Greed and to screw the public. My wife and I just remembered that the waitress covered the "No Sitting" sticker with a ketchup bottle. Management said they would contact me about the above, they never have. This review was updated, therefore the review date has changed. The original review was 2020 during COVID. Too bad the OWNER took so long to respond. (shows he doesn't give a $hit.

This place always looks busy, but it worked out that we stopped today. $50 for 2 adults and 1 child. Service is great. We were immediately greeted and seated at a clean table. Server was there quickly. We had drinks right away. The table was already stocked with condiments- that were full. Our order was taken and perfectly executed. The food was delicious. It was a neat perfect experience. We were there about 3pm ish, by design so that it wasn't crowded. It was obvious to me they're used to busy and seem to have everything under control. Even the parking lot was being cleaned as we left- that is such an important detail for me and shows the owner and staff have pride in their business. The menu has a lot of options and you can get breakfast after 11 am. We all left happy and full. Adding first place to our favorites list.

First time my family and I came to Williams. Not bad. The prices were decent & the food was okay. Our waitress was nice. The French onion soup was good. My burger looked huge when it came out but it really didn’t have flavor & the patty was very thin. It might be in your best interest to order a double or triple if you want to taste meat. As I ate my Burger, it completely fell apart. The meat was barely warm, not sure how long it might of been sitting before it arrived to my table. My family enjoyed their burgers & food without an issue. Overall, they said theirs was good & mine was fair. In my honest opinion, not a place I would go out of my way to grab food.

Would not return or recommended period.

My wife and I came in (my first time here) for a brunch. We ordered three drinks two ice water, one plain hot water (no lemon) a hamburger well done and a London broil done medium.

The inside was quaint and waitress was kind no complaints in that department but the menu is far too vast and may affect their ability to make ends meet.

When she came out with our food the kitchen had prepared our items wrong and cooked the hamburger medium and the London broil well done. I mentioned it and the waitress said sorry I put it in right and walked away…

Our food was a large serving but lacking in all that much flavour… the pickles had rubbery skin that couldn’t be broken so I didn’t bother trying to eat it and the coleslaw was sour.

When we received our bill there was a charge for $2.41 for a medium coffee, I approached the head of house to settle up upon gathering ourselves, I immediately mention the error stating I didn’t have a coffee. Initially she said nothing then asked if I got a hot water with my meal when I said yes she insisted that I had gotten a tea…I told her no I just got three plain water two ice and one hot no tea bag, no lemon wedge nothing. Then she became noticeably irate and said “well that’s what it is you’re getting charged for a tea, it’s not just you we charge everyone who gets hot water for tea.” I then told her I’ve eaten all over the world and have never been charged for water before unless bottled or mineral and I won’t be returning because that is stingy and gouging. She updated the bill and told me that a tea is $2.50! A whole $.09 more than a coffee for a small cup of plain hot water…that is unbelievable. She asked me if I was even going to leave a tip and I said yes 10%.

After I had paid and my wife and I were walking out and holding the door for some incoming elderly patrons the head of house loudly exclaims “ look everyone they won’t be coming back because they had to pay for their tea” I was indignant at that point I had done nothing wrong but point out their obvious greed in a calm fashion. I went back into the restaurant and said “Actually we won’t be back because we’re being charged for hot water not a tea thank you very much”.

I would not have left a review if this were not so absurd but I recommend as a fellow business owner that the owners seriously consider retraining their head of house or replacing her.

Never attack customers or create unnecessary confrontation in any fashion… what on earth is wrong...

A major review point for me at a breakfast location, is the "coffee". Hands down, best tasting real cup of regular coffee I have ever had, as long as I can remember- really.

I ate in at the front counter on a Sunday. If I had walked in with a party, I would have waited on a short line of people.

Williams Restaurant was one of those places you go by for years, I mean years....(19 years to be exact) and say.....WOW, that place is always packed. One of these days I have got to stop in.

Well, after visiting for the 1st time, I the place e ceded my expectation from a breakfast standpoint.

The $15 breakfast I thought was an error......Why I had coffee, large (nothing smaller O.J.) Ham Steak, 2 eggs, homemade, fish potatoes.....and I mean fresh, NOT some sort of potatoe wedge or totally- Deep fried, with choice of bread. When I saw the ham steak, I thought it was small freezbie. It swear it was 9"-10" in circumference and just a tad less than 1/4" thick.....I'm not kidding! The taste was that of a good quality ham, low on the salt taste and big on the ham taste. Potatoes were freshly cut up and cooked on a griddle but lacked any butter or seasoning (nothing I could detect). Observations of the waitresses were quite visible as their work station was right in front of me. They worked very hard and seemed to all be positive to each other, that is a good sign how they might treat customers. I would definitely return and highly recommend this location as far as breakfast, having not experienced...

I have come to this restaurant more than once and every time I order my food there's always a problem but we decided to try again because when we go in the food is great. I ordered my husband and I breakfast looking forward to a great meal of steak omelette and we got BURNED home fries and BURNED toast and an OMELETTE that is filled with ingredients my husband did not like when it was a specific order. SO I did what would any customer to do and called this restaurant I asked to speak to a manager I got the person who put my order together so when I explained what happened she gave me excuses that the "the cooks are busy so when you asked for crispy potatoes they cook it" Then as far as the omelette she said" well I assumed you wanted everything else besides the sauce" but in our conversation I said "only peppers and onions" what did I get Banana peppers and something else unrecognizable because my food was disgusting. She proceeded to tell me to drive myself back to the restaurant to get another order replacement otherwise there's NOTHING she can do about the food we did not eat. This is what out food looked like now would you eat this? Instead if her catering to me and fixing what was wrong she proceeded with her excuses they are busy and she was forcefully telling me I had to drive today to get replacement otherwise again THERE"S NOTHING she can do . SO I wasted my money she never got the manager to speak to me she rushed me off the phone like I did not matter. That is not...
