Subway — Restaurant in Palmerton

This is the 2nd time my order wasn’t correct. The first time I received a refund thankfully. I just ordered today again and my sandwich came not correct!! I got a chicken bacon ranch. Sandwich wasn’t toasted and the chicken and bacon weren’t cooked at all it was all cold. They didn’t put mayonnaise on it either like I requested instead of the ranch. Never coming back to this restaurant again. The kids they have working here never want to do their jobs and are too worried about...

Did an online order...very to the point...it's there in front of you to keep referencing...but yet they still managed to completely botch my sandwiches!! And I wouldn't be as upset if I had not added a few dollars worth of extra stuff on my sandwich that was not included at all...let alone the free items that weren't included. Come on...it's not that difficult people! Have pride in your job now, or you won't ever have it....

Not really sure if the veggie patty option is vegan. I tried to ask and they think it's vegan but made in a factory with cow's milk and chicken eggs. Can someone clarify this? I'll update my review to 5 stars if I can be suggested a yummy vegan option. A few years ago I used to love veggie patty but I'm pretty sure it has eggs in it and I don't wanna support factory farming it is too cruel toward...
