The New Palmerton diner — Restaurant in Palmerton

This was our first time at the diner. We went for breakfast on a weekend. I ordered a Western omelette with cheese. My order was put in the computer as a meat lovers omelette with cheese. I did not receive the meal I ordered, but I didn't want to waste the food, so I ate it. The home fries were very good, not greasy. My husband ordered a meal. His came with toast. When the order arrived, the waitress dropped the toast on the floor and never gave him new toast. Overall, the food was good. The coffee was tasty and rich, which is great. Our server was not the most hygienic. She coughed several times, without covering her mouth, right over our table as she filled our coffee and delivered our food. That's a huge turn off for me.
