We were shopping in Walmart, Sunday, and the bread smelled SO GOOD that I said to my husband "Honey, let's get a subway for lunch"...he agreed and we found a special going on for 2 footlong subs, specific ones, for $6.99 each. I walked up and the young lady working was putting fresh bread in the oven and greeted me with a smile, said "I'll be right with you", very pleasant, and seeing she was busy, I had no trouble waiting. Within a minute she took our order, made the sandwich and rang us up. Again, working alone, 3 people behind us, was efficient, but moreso, pleasant with a smile the whole time. She did a great job!! I came in to order a 6inch cold cut combo. The girl making sandwiches said they didn't have any cold cuts. They were out of most items. So I was looking at the menu and she came out with a rolled up thing of cold cut for my sandwich and she proceeds to make it and made me a footlong instead of a 6-in which normally wouldn't be a big deal. But I wanted a 6-in to do a deal and when she got to the register and bring me up for the foot long I said it was supposed to be a 6in. Short version- don’t order here and place needs a health inspection.
Accidentally online ordered at this location inside Walmart. No one available for online orders. I waited for 10 minutes for the one worker to finish making a customer order (2 wraps), staff didn’t acknowledge me. But then told a lady behind me that “she (me) isn’t in line” lady behind me explained she was an online ordered and got her food. I said I’m an online ordered too, they handed me a bag and walked away.
I get home and 2 out of 4 orders are wrong. Really glad I even tipped ahead of time.
