Subway — Restaurant in Palmhurst

Started off taking a friend to pickup a sandwich since I was going to the Walmart. First, this location price way higher the other locations in the area. Friend had a large bill they couldn't break it, this took 5 minutes for the young lady to tell us. No problem thought I'd just order sandwiches for me also since I had smaller bills. Young lady had no idea what a roast beef sandwich was, had to ask someone if they do roast beef sandwiches, seriously. No subs were toasted, we were the only ones at the store, and it took an insane amount of time. Then she hands me the bag, now with 3 subs and I asked if they were marked since all were different and going different places, she gave me a DIRTY look and said no. I have to open each one to figure it out? she said YEAH, and with such an attitude! What a nasty young lady, terrible attitude and awful customer service. I will NEVER recommend and will DIRECT anyone I can to Expswy 83 location, at the least they have...

We went last night around 815pm and the girl was very rude no hello no thank you just made our sandwich fast and quick we ask her to give us a plastic bag cause it was raining and she said they didn't had some so my sandwich got wet also if you have problems dnt take it out at the customer never again ill go there with that ugly customer service and it's not first time being treated like that only at this subway bad service it was only 815 pm and had only one cold cut when they closed at 11pm and also she had the lid up and I couldn't see what else they had no ppl just us they have so much complaints and it's seems the supervisor and manager aren't doing there jobs just closed the subway if yr not gonna do anything for the customers yr employees are not fit to work send them to training and about the overcharge of others customers yr employees are doing it on purpose that's why everytime I pass by no customers so either you train yr employees...

Usually I would give a positive review, but must say I was highly disappointed at my drive thru visit. It took me approximately 40 min to get to the window to order & that was with 5 cars in front of me, another 20 minutesto get my 2 subs. Then when I finally got me & my grandson's dinner (he had turkey sub with 2 veggies & I ordered steak & cheese, both footlongs) & got home we went to eat, each half of my sub had hardly any steak. So basically my sub was just veggies with mustard. I have never had that experience at any subway before. Y'all definitely need to step-up the drive thru wait & actually give people what they pay for!! No customer should have to ask...
