Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palmhurst

I ordered my meal in advance. I paid when I got there. I sat down to wait for my order. I waited and waited and waited and was never called that my order had been ready. I would see people come in, and employees would come out of the back room. They would pick up their order and the employees would go to the back. I finally got tired of waiting so I decided as soon as somebody would come I would ask about my order as I did not want to be rude. I finally saw somebody come out of the back room I asked can you please check on my order. When I gave my name my order was sitting there waiting I had been waiting, mind you, about 30 minutes to 40 minutes. I was quite upset as I placed the order over the phone at least 20 minutes before I got there. I ask to see a manager the manager said he was sorry. I said don't be sorry, I will never come back to this particular Pizza Hut. I will not recommend this particular Pizza Hut. I would never have written this review however I hope this does not happen to you. This should not be happening in such a delicious establishment. When I got home I noticed that the pizza was cold,the wings were cold, and so are the best sticks were very cold. So much so that the cheese was hard on the top. I sincerely hope the establishment does not do this to...

I must say that every time I come to this Pizza Hut, I am always taken care. Customer service at it's best. Today I was helped by a young man and a lady. I ordered the special of two pizzas and one order of cheese sticks and in about 15 minutes top I had my order ready. Not bad, not bad at all. Now I must also mention the place was nice and cleaned when I visited. I did not checked the restrooms so I can't tell you if they were cleaned or not. As background music the restaurant had some American smooth pop music. Easy to listen. Not to loud, not to low. Besides me there was a couple waiting for their pizza. They seem to be having a good time waiting and chatting. Then another elderly couple arrived and the young man took care of them with the same smile I was taken care. I was impressed. I like to write reviews and I have written some bad ones along the way. This time I was pleasently surprised by the customer...

If you want a less than pleasant experience, I recommend this Pizza Hut for you I placed my order through the app and after clicking I'm here I parked in curbside a lady came up to me and said I'll be right back and after waiting 30 minutes I decided to go back in just for them to tell me that they forgot about my order. I'm surprised this business is still open. These employees don't care I haven't been to this restaurant in over a year and for sure I'm not coming Back. I placed a Lot of food orders for my parents when I'm not home and I will definitely not be using this place. A year ago. I had the same experience and Pizza Hut corporate emailed me a coupon for a free pizza but this time around I'll let them know where to put the coupon where the sun...
