Worst pizza in term of both quantity and quality. Come here to pick up two "To Good To Go" orders. 1) we need to wait for 30 minutes before someone come to the counter. 2) the person went to restroom without washing hand to make pizza and prepare food. 3) the portion of each order is so tiny with miniature size of pizza left-over that is smaller than my palm in total. 4) when ask why we receive such a small amount of pizza that we can eat in just one bite, the person said that you only paid $5.99 for "Too Good To Go". Apparently they don't respect anyone who buy from "Too Good To Go". 5) the pizza tasted terrible. Salty and spoiled food with rotten taste on their meat. It has a weird moldy taste to the pizza. I had diarrhea at least 3 times and stomach ache for the whole day. 6) the customer service was just terrible as the food itself. Overall, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS WASTE OF MONEY, GAS, AND TIME TO GET ANY FOOD FROM THE PALO ALTO'S...
Read moreI strongly recommend avoiding this location right now, unless you’re dining in.
I placed online order #196 at 18:48 on Sunday, August 15. Two hours later, I called in to check on the status, and was eventually told the order was cancelled. I never got notice of the order being cancelled. The store was closing in 5 minutes, and so they would not make the order.
I was told that it was really busy around the time I placed my order. Maybe my order was too small? Or because I used a $1-off coupon? I know apartment delivery is annoying, so I was waiting outside from 19:30 until 20:48, when I called to check on my order.
To be clear, my problem isn’t that my order was cancelled due to busyness, it’s that it was cancelled without telling me. All I’d like to know now is when & why my order was cancelled, and why I wasn't told. Until I get that info, I can’t recommend this location for anything...
Read moreTerrible experience. Don’t come here. Came for lunch during the week at 12:30. Pizza buffet comes with salad, pizza and soda for just under $10. First plate of pizza and salad were good. Pizza wasn’t too fresh, but ok. I went up for a second plate and there were out of pizza. I also asked for breadsticks as they were not out, and they said it would be 8 minutes.
They finally brought out fresh pizza 40 minutes after I arrived (I would guess an hour between the other buffet pizza). I can confirm this as I know what time I paid with Apple Pay. It took 30 minutes for the breadsticks.
Only 6 people eating buffet while I was there. And 3 others ordered a single pizza. Not sure why they couldn’t keep up. I counted 4 employees working. I worked in a pizza restaurant for years and we never ran out on buffet.
Make sure to check out the salad buffet full of canned vegetables and bucket of bright pink...
