I have been visiting this store at least once a week for Thursday lunches and drinks before my daughtersโ music class. We usually spent over $50 and always tipped for the service. However, despite my frequent visits and tipping, most of the staffโexcept for Will (I hope I remember his name correctly)โhave been consistently rude to me.
Before I set up my phone with the Starbucks app, they often forgot to prepare either the sandwiches or drinks I had ordered and paid for. When I asked when my order would be ready, they would rudely insist, โYou didnโt order it,โ until I showed them the receipt as proof. Even with this experience, I kept coming back because my daughtersโ music school is nearby, and I would bring coffee or tea for their teacher and staff every Thursday.
I tolerated the rude behavior until last week when a staff member threw the cake pops at me instead of handing them over, but I still purchased them for my girls. Today, my daughtersโ teacher encouraged me to talk to the staff, explaining that I had been a loyal customer and wanted to support the store. However, when I tried to speak with them, they ignored me completely. The store wasnโt busy, so I couldnโt understand why they were being so dismissive during peaceful hours.
I told myself it was okay as long as the drinks were good and I could continue treating the music school staff. But after spending nearly $3,000 at this location, enduring rude service, and being served coffee today that tasted burntโor like it came from the bottom of the sink, according to our music teacherโI have decided I will never return.
This was such a disappointing and frustrating experience with Starbucks...

I ordered a Salted Caramel Foam Cold Brew and somehow the foam looked very watery. When the barista added it on top of the coffee, it blended with coffee completely. This drink is supposed to have two layers of clear coffee on the bottom and foam on the top like it shows in the picture. The first sip of the salted foam is the BEST part. If you have tried this drink before you know what Iโm talking about. I have ordered this drink a million times before and it never happened.
I had to ask the barista to make another one for me. But the second one wasnโt the best either. Coffee and the foam still blended up and the cup wasnโt filled up. (The drink on the upper right corner in the pic is the first one and the closer one is the second) I asked the barista girl if she could add more coffee, it turned out they ran out of both regular and Nitro cold brew coffee, nothing came out of the coffee pump thingy. She ended up adding a few drops of coffee from a blender that she got from the back counter.
I was going to order my coffee ahead on the app but it showed unavailable even though they had a โUse App and Order Aheadโ poster on the door. The counter was dirty even though there were only 2 customers in the store while they...

I ordered cold brew through the app. I had my friend go to pick it up for me and the person at the pickup counter says they are out of cold brew. They proceed to ignore my friend for 5 mins and when he tries to get their attention to get another drink or a refund, they say "just a minute." My order was supposed to be ready 10 mins prior at this point. Another 5 mins pass, and I have to walk over there myself (~12 min walk) to deal with it because the baristas are still ignoring my friend. They make us wait in the line to order a drink for another 10 mins to get my refund. How is this place even in business??? I will never order here again. Even if gas prices are $7/gal, I will drive to a different location instead of walking to this s* show. They practically ruined my Sunday with their HORRENDOUS customer service. I have had at least four very bad experiences with customer service at this Starbucks location now (none with any of the other Starbucks locations...
