I don't even know where to begin but this place was hands down the worst place I've ever worked at. The amount of bullying was absolutely ridiculous. I'm sure it's changed since I worked there from around 2020 - 2021 but it was down right awful. My manager would always praise my work but the other co workers of mine made it absolute hell for me to work there. They would make up lies and do whatever they could to get me fired and I really didn't have to deal with all of that when getting paid 10$ an hour while being over worked. Although my manager Phil at the time was nice, he would ignore these issues and sometimes believe some of the lies from his other staff just because they would threaten to leave if I didn't either get fired or get my schedule changed around so I wouldn't have to work with them. It wasn't just 1 or 2 people either, it felt like the entire store was out to get me due to this absurd tribalism and I heard they automatically didn't like me because I was new and they would have to train me. It was my first job and at first I was making mistakes but they would never give me the chance to improve I was just stuck on grill for over 6 months when the rest of the staff switches off table with grill but with my shift I felt like I was being taken advantage because it felt like I was stuck doing all the major work while the rest of my co workers were too busy talking to each other and about how bad their co workers are or how bad customers are when they decided to work for a customer service type job. I eventually gotten better enough to the point were I was promoted to 12$ but at that point I left because I was tired of the bullying it made me extremely suicidal and I don't think I've been able to trust people or interact with people the same after this experience. I was also house hopping and had extremely bad issues with my living situation and family at the time and working here did not help. Read moreI would have given this place five stars but in the last month or should I say 5 weeks there have been five times I've been through the drive-thru all five times I was only one in line or anything like one of their car I'd pull up to the drive-thru they would greet me and then for 10 minutes I'd be saying I'm ready to make my order I'm ready to make my order and nothing Dead Silence then when I pull away then they come on and say oh you need help yeah I just like to sit in my car and waste my gas for 10 minutes for nothing sure denism leaving the building I look at the drives through they're all looking out at me like kind of laughing and snickering like it's funny well I hope they thought it was funny because I called their corporate on them one time okay but three times and in over a month and then they want to sit there and laugh about it okay fine I'll never come there again and I'm sure they don't care if they lose one customer because the way they figure they've got someone's business what's One customer I have also told my friends and my family about the place and they said they will not be stopping there either plenty of other McDonald's we can go to has anybody from the store reads this post and doesn't like it all I have to say to them is oh well...
Read morePlaced the order on the mobile app. The young man at the first window was so nice but all that went out the window when I got to the second window. I pulled forward and the window was still open. All the employees that were standing there look right at me, but nobody came to the window to anything. I noticed a sign on the other window in front of me stated "Pick up" and a car was sitting there. I saw that car receive food, so I pulled forward thinking this is the window to pick up my food. It was a window to the lobby. I'm noticing the vehicles behind me getting food and I hear the lady in the car tell the person at the window the order may be my order. Instead of them bringing it to the window I was at nobody came. I decide to go inside, and my bag of food is sitting on the counter and the young lady at the register told me she was going to bring me my food once she finished taking care of the customers. This is after waiting over 20 minutes for food. I took the bag and left. The food was cold. I didn't go back because my husband was at the doctor, and I needed to get back. I contacted McDonald's and was told a manager would be in contact and still nothing. This happened on 6/28/2023. I guess the manager is to busy to address this small issue of rude...
