As a delivery driver we pick up orders and deliver. The full order should be prepared and secured by the merchant. We are coming from one location to another and it is unsanitary for us to be asked to prepare the drinks for ANY order. We don't get paid by the merchant. Therefore, have the full order prepared for delivery to avoid contamination. We shouldn't be expected to get insulted, threatened, or put out of your establishment if we refuse to complete preparation of drinks in favor of customer safety. I’m a disabled senior citizen trying to work and supplement income for living expenses. It’s unfair to be treated badly. Stop the madness merchants and be more professional to safeguard your customer's order. I'm sure they will agree. 9-16-24…I carry hand sanitizer and keep gloves available. However, I’m not in uniform staying at one location. I told merchant I was not fixing the drinks. You right, I did ask to be paid if you want me to come into your restaurant and do your job. Pretty standard fries, sides, burgers, etc. Don't order the wings, they're disgusting wet rubbery soggy things. We wound up not eating them at all and throwing the whole mess in the trash. Other than that, they're okay.

To clarify since they seem to have responded to this review and blamed it on their "wet sauce", 1) they don't separate flats and drums, they cook the whole wing as one piece, 2) they put breading on their buffalo wings, 3) they don't cook it long enough so the skin beneath the breading is still rubbery, not crispy, 4) they don't tell you the first 3 things so when you order and get asked if you want your sauce on the side you just tell them you want your wings sauced like any normal person (who asks for their sauce on the side, honestly?) which in turn will make the breading into a soggy crumbly mess, with rubbery skin underneath, in a giant piece of chicken that couldn't possible be called an actual buffalo wing. They serve the best Philly steak sandwiches in hickory hills. Try their combo plate meal with fries and drink. Also, good price, great food, friendly service, and great portions as well. I am a regular at Sal's Philly steakhouse. I also have met the owner very nice man and friendly. Always have a smile on his face and a good heart. God bless him!! 😇😇😇😇

It's been 4 years ago since I write my last review. Now it's in charge of new management but the food is delicious and great! Wings it's & Sal's Philly steak has impressed me to this day with their awesome food, great customer service, and positive atmosphere as well. I highly recommend to anyone. They are open everyday until 10pm. They also serve chicken, fish, shrimp and much more.
