Witeks Bakery — Restaurant in Palos Township

Scoop size is very small. I asked for a little more of the passion fruit since he wasn't able to get a full scoop and he instantly refused. Come on! 1st polish bakery I went to with horrible customer service.

It obviously was an obligation to give me a little more of the passion fruit because he instantly refused with the smile on his face. Now to be perfectly clear so you understand what I mean by a full scoop; i didn't have a full scoop then asked for more, it was an incomplete scoop as the picture shows it was practically gone so I wanted a lil more to complete the scoop. And your judgment doesn't matter in this case or in any case. Your customer service does and you proved it in your response. Future customers, don't waste your time with this sarcastic owner. I will not be spending another dime or should I say $14 again at this establishment. Good...

Stopped by on a Saturday evening due to being recommended by my doctor's secretary. I've never been here before. The young girl behind the counter was very tired from all the paczki made that day and she said as much. I asked for strawberry and Bavarian cream paczki, 2 of each. She bagged them quickly and was very nice. She said they did 4000 paczkiso far and I felt bad for her so I tipped her 5 bucks. I must say these paczki taste ok on the outside but there is very little filling. It's basically just a glazed doughnut. And to top it off I received the wrong paczki..... 2 of them are not cream. I'm not going to drive all the way back for a few bucks though. But I doubt I'd shop here again. Considering fat Tuesday is in a few days I'm very surprised the lack of filling. I'd estimate it was a teaspoon of filling inside a paczki the size of your palm. Picture posted...

My favorite polish bakery! Every single thing I've ever gotten here has been insanely good and the chocolates are so rich it's almost too much. I didn't get her name, but the young girl who's there most of the times I go is always so nice and friendly. Any time I'm in the area I make sure to stop and grab a cheese sweet roll or a loaf of bread. The pound cakes are great too I definitely recommend the blueberry! 6 stars. If you don't speak the language don't fear, they're always willing to help me attempt to butcher the names and they have signs with the English...
