Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pampa

I'm dissapointed in dominoes made an order online last night about 8ish 04/03/20 and it was paid online tracker said on his way at 8:47 here it was 9:30 and still no pizza so we get inpatient by now. call the store and the manager says its our fault we put down the wrong delivery address wow really on my phone shows to be delivered to my address i always put down when ordering well its a long story so i look at my phone i put my right address wow so go up there to prove the manager that it was not our mistake but the manager does not want to come out of the back to talk to me so there goes my rating horrible service and horrible pizza. Paid for pizza and did not even get it delivered to the house that paid for the pizza. We are traveling nurses here working in Pampa Tx. Since Nov we have placed several orders with Dominos and because of the neglegent customer care and customer service Dominos has repeatedly messed up more than 3 of our orders and once contacted and corrected we are constantly being spoken to rudely and very unprofessional. On several occasions the food has taken longer than expected and items missing as well. Once the manager was contacted she was told by a co-worker of mine about this and she began to become irate on the line and loud and even hung the phone up this is the WORST service I have ever had EVER and the manager JANAE at the store number (#6864) is horrible and needs some classes on manger skills and professionalism!!!! Ordered online, after seeing it was listed as quality check for 30 minutes I tried calling just to check on the order status as it had been 1 hour, I was put on hold for 5 minutes the first time, 4 the second and 2 the third, I called back the fourth time to just see the status but this time I demanded not to be on hold, he looked for my order and told me as soon as a driver gets back it will be delivered, I asked what did it mean that it was on quality check for 40 minutes, he said on the heating rack, I then said so it's going to be cold?
