Dunkin' — Restaurant in Panama City

First time getting my morning coffee from here. on the way to college everyday. NEVER AGAIN. I ordered a large hazelnut coffee no cream or sugar. Easy on the hazelnut nut I cant have that much sugar. Wife ordered a large ice coffee no cream or sugar. My is the one in the picture which clearly has cream in it and yes, a crap ton of sugar. My wifes coffee was sour which means it sat for days or dunkin uses dirty told for their coffee. In-turn means my coffee was most likely sour, however it is hard to tell with so much cream and sugar in it. Over all I can't let not this ruin my morning. We wasted money as we can not get a refund and the coffee is not drinkable, I don't get my morning coffee for the day as I am busy and that is why I stop there on the way. I will never go here again and will tell all my college friends, peers and professors near there not to as-well. Coffee and college go hand in hand, it is a need, but so is your time getting it. I can't afford to waste time and money more than once for people to not give me the correct coffee i paid for on top of it being sour.

After I posted this I called and the manger in training was professional and well spoken. After talking with her I believe she will attempt to rectify this from happening again. However, I will not know until a day comes when I am in a hurry and have no option, but coffee...

My mom and I went through the driveway at about 9:30 this morning. We waited in the line for about 10 minutes until we got to the speaker and there were only 2 cars in front of us. Once we got to the speaker we waited another 10 minutes. We ordered two drinks but she only rang up one, so when we finally got to the window, she gave us our total and our refresher. We told her we also ordered a medium hot Carmel macchiato also and she added it to the total. She closed the door and made a small iced macchiato. My mom said ma’am, I ordered this hot and medium with carmel. She took the drink back and brought back a small macchiato. My mom told the woman, ma’am I paid for a medium. She seemed so frustrated with us and took the drink back. She gave us a medium drink and when we drove off it was a hot macchiato with no Carmel at all and the time was now 10:05. Sheer theatrical bliss. Free entertainment provided by the morning service attempt by the employees. A pure butt cluster. Food was good, and our order was right. But everything leading up to that is backwards. Ive watched two of the three employees spend more time in the parking lot than behind the counter. One has driven his car around the parking lot in circles twice, separated by a short stint behind the counter making himself a coffee. Wait...make that three circles around the parking lot now, but this time hes going thru the drive thru. Stop by, have some donuts, have a laugh, and enjoy the show. Oh god....4 times.
