This tropical smoothie makes good food, the employees are nice, and the wait time isn’t that long. The problem is that the employees here are not wearing masks. I’ve reached out to tropical smoothie twice now via email to complain about this, especially since their website currently claims they are having their employees wear masks at all times on their statement about covid. Haven’t heard back yet but yeah, no one is wearing a mask in this store, employees don’t and they allow customers to enter without a mask. No social distancing either, the employees are packed together and there’s no limit on how many people can be in the store at once, nor are there floor markings to encourage social distancing. I realize we have a vaccine out now but that’s no excuse, especially when Tropical Smoothie’s website talks about all the things they’re doing to combat the spread of the coronavirus. Read moreI ordered today through the app. The Dasher messed up the food and didn’t bring the smoothies the store said. The dasher said, the store didn’t give them the smoothies and the food was their fault. I have the picture , your store manager just cussed me out over the phone. All I wanted was my money back. He told me to never order from there again because they messed up my food, he wouldn’t even talk to me in the first place and had a girl talk to me and then got on the phone and said I kept changing my story. How would he know? I asked for him in the first place and he talked through a young girl. My story has been the same the whole time I wanted my full refund because I didn’t get my food and my smoothie together as I told him. This is Ridiculous to be cussed out. He said the owner had to drive 3 hours to do the refund and yelled and hung up. Great customer service. Read moreI haven’t been to tropical smoothie in a long time so I decided to stop in to see if they had my old favorite, which is the king Caesar wrap with Kiiwi quencher. I Ask the sweet lady at the register if they still had the King Caesar? She was new so she asked a gentleman and in the transfer of information he asked the lead and she started freaking out yelling behind the counter saying “ If they ordered it, they know what’s on it”! She said some other things back there, but I couldn’t make out the words. Apparently, she’s too stressed out or just has in general, poor manners to understand or deal with customer service. You should never be yelling at your fellow employees nor having a freak out moment for all the restaurant to see. Very poor leadership skills!
