Dine in was awful! We waited in a long line for service inside, so went to get a table while my husband ordered and to get out of the way of long line. Got harassed by several (3)waiters why I was sitting at the table, they were not friendly about it at all ,They only had one person taking orders. The food was ok nothing to write home about for sure. Not worth your time and differently not worth the harassment while waiting on our food. AS YOU CAN TELL BY THE OWNER (CARA) RESPONSE is a bit (AGGRESSIVE ) how the atmosphere might be in this place. As far as name calling I believe you called me entitled! Which is not the case ,I was unaware of your rule of not being able to sit before your food was ordered since it was our first time in you restaurant (and last) Why would you slow down a line so people can wait even longer to sit! I’m sure as you watched your tape there was a gentle men next to me sitting and waiting as well, for his food and no one ever said anything to him! As far as your employee it’s not my intent to get anyone fired ! Just stating that they should be a little more friendly, and you should have a better system! ( which would not be to make people wait longer in line if there is no sitting)as you stated in your response. Not my words but yours!. Bad management on your part! Read moreI ordered through drive-thru.. decided to do the country breakfast with scrambled cheese eggs, and cheese grits. Upon receiving my order, I discovered the eggs were artificial or some type of spongy egg, instead of fresh cracked eggs. Also cheese sauce was drizzled over the spongy egg instead of being cooked with cheese as ordered.. I called back to replace my order or to request a refund, but ended up going back-and-forth with the young lady who answered the phone. I was told that I could not get a refund, but I could have eggs replaced with cracked eggs and that going forward, I would need to order cracked eggs instead of just saying eggs . This to me was very interesting because who would think that they would have to ask for a specific type of egg when ordering breakfast but anyway I got off the phone with the young lady because I wasn’t going to engage in a dispute over breakfast that I purchased with my own money. When I arrived she tried to continue the conversation about common practice and went to explain to me that going forward I would need to specify. I politely declined and stated that I would not return. The attitude was unnecessary. I didn’t even trust the eggs to eat after the way that I was treated due to expressing my dissatisfaction with the breakfast. Read moreIT WAS TERRIBLE!! My family, friends and I were down in Panama City for our annual vacation. We normally stop by on our way out for breakfast. One of the waitresses was annoyed with our large group of people. We ordered our food and found a place to sit. First our orders were wrong, the waitresses who brought us our food were very rude, the food was basically thrown down onto our table. Then one of us went back up to the counter to purchase something else and the cashier charged us for a styrofoam cup and got an attitude with us while we were ordering. The cashier was extremely rude and had an attitude with everyone.We spent over $50, no one should be rude. One of us one of the waitresses for a cup of gravy for their steak biscuit, which you would think would come with a steak biscuit. She said it would be a dollar and he said that is okay. She then started to cry because she was confused. The owner, Cara approached us with an attitude, when she did not know what was going on. She then proceeded to ask us what the problem was, we explained it and she left. Then he called her over to settle the problem and she started to get very offensive and aggressive.
