THESE 5 STARS ARE FOR SEVERAL CERTAIN EMPLOYEES IN THE P.E. CLUB (lol) BUT THIS WAS GIVEN ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF ALONA M.
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for Alona M., at the Panda Express location in Papillion, Nebraska (Store #1868). On April 4, 2025, after a long and exhausting day at work, I walked into the store feeling drained and frustrated. Alona M., immediately recognized my fatigue and, as a regular customer, she knew exactly what I needed.
Her customer service is nothing short of exceptional. Despite my rush to get home, Alona made the process seamless and efficient, ensuring I was in and out in no time. Her warm smile and genuine kindness made all the difference on a tough day. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to their role—Alona is not just an employee; she is a true asset to Panda Express.
Over the time I’ve been visiting this store, I’ve witnessed her incredible work ethic. She manages to keep everything organized and fresh, all while maintaining excellent communication with her customers. Whether it’s accommodating special requests or simply offering a friendly word, Alona goes above and beyond every single time.
Her impact extends beyond just me; I’ve seen how she interacts with other customers and my husband, making everyone feel valued. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the people she serves.
In a world where customer service can often fall short, Alona stands out as a shining example of what it means to provide exceptional service. I sincerely hope that Panda Express recognizes her contributions and the positive atmosphere she creates. If they don’t, I might just have to offer her a position in my own business!
Thank you, Alona M, for being such an incredible part of my experience at Panda Express. You deserve all the best in life, and I hope your journey is filled with prosperity and happiness....
Read moreI came to this location on a weekday to grab dinner after hours of moving furniture. The restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, and I arrived at 10:13 PM, just in time to order. I asked for a plate with two entrees—orange chicken and rice. However, I was told they were out of orange chicken and could only offer one side, suggesting I choose a different entree. I reluctantly settled on sesame chicken, even though it’s not my favorite, only to find out they were out of that as well.
The person taking my order then mentioned they could make a bowl with just orange chicken and rice since they only had one serving left. By this point, I was frustrated and stared at the menu in disbelief, trying to decide on something else. They offered honey walnut chicken next, but I had to decline because I’m allergic. I was still considering my options when they suggested beef and broccoli, which I wasn’t in the mood for.
At this point, I contemplated asking what was actually available so I wouldn’t have to keep guessing. The person taking my order didn’t seem very remorseful or considerate, and I thought they could have at least offered a coupon or discount for the inconvenience. Frustrated and unsure how long the remaining food had been sitting out, I decided to take my business elsewhere and told them I no longer want to order anything from here.
It’s disappointing that they claim to close at 10:30 PM, but at 10:13, they were already acting like they were closed. I’ve heard of other locations, like the one at 72nd and Dodge, having similar issues with running out of food and refusing to cook more. However I’ve usually avoided that by going earlier. My previous visits to this location have been fine, but last night’s experience was frustrating and...
Read moreMy wife and I ate here on January 28th, 2023, but we will never go back. I ordered the chicken Kung Pao and Chicken Mushroom. Right away, I noticed the chicken was chewy and full of fat and cartilage. I wrote an email to Panda Express and told them the issue we had and also that I thought that $22.25 was too much to charge for food that had low quality meat, but they never responded. I guess they are too busy pinching every penny to respond. Well, keep pinching them, because you will never get my business again. This is one of the critical flaws in our economic system. A restaurant can arbitrarily decide to cheapen their ingredients with no warning to the customers and then when a returning customer thinks he is going to get the same or similar level of quality that he has been used to, but suddenly everything has changed for the worse because the restaurant is trying to maximize their profits and minimize their expenses. Funny how this breach of trust doesn't seem to matter. I am looking forward to their bankruptcy. Maybe they should rename their restaurant to Panda Pooh Express. You can...
