We went to go inside the dining room at around 10:30 and the door was locked even though it said on the door that the dining room closes at 11:00 on sundays. We went through the drive through and the guy already sounded pretty rude but I asked why the door was closed and he rudely answered “I have no control of the door.” So we order our food and go to the first window. The guy in that window was extremely rude asking “what did you order? I tell him what we ordered and he snatched the card out of my hand. He then handed back the card and I said thank you and he just said “yup...” It was not a very good start and it wasn’t a good finish either. We pull up to the next window and there was nobody there for a good 2 minutes. Finally someone comes to the window and handed me my drink. For context, we ordered a double quarter pounder, a bacon double quarter pounder plain as a large meal and a hot fudge sundae. It seemed like a simple order but it took them like 10 minutes to get it done. After another minute goes by after getting my drink the guy tells us to pull up to wait for our food. We pulled up and waited for like 5-7 minutes while at least 4 or 5 cars went past us with their meals. Eventually our food is ready and wouldn’t you know the rude guy at the first window brings us the bag, but he forgot the sundae. I tell him this and he says he’ll get it right away. He eventually comes back and gives me the sundae with the lid not on all the way (we didn’t realize this at first) when we went to go set it down in the cup holder it opened and got all over some of my stuff. This was one of the worst experiences at a drive thru I’ve ever had and I do not plan on going back any time soon. the sandwich maker in the back asked his crew to make a fresh steak so I reminded the young lady at the counter that I would like it to be fresh steak and no onion ! Then this little girl named Ella spoke over top of her and told the person from the counter that they he can read Then I watched as he flicked the onions off of the on fresh steak to make my sandwich so I commented to her that he was flicking the onions off of my supposably fresh steak with no onions and that I had a small problem with that she ignored me for a moment until I got a little voicetress then turned around and made a scene which then I told her I did not want to speak with her anymore she could go back to her office, that's when all hell broke loose I don't know if there's nepotism going on there with the general manager was told by someone else apparently I would say an ex general manager possibly Ella's mother maybe?? nepotism going on here at this location
I am allergic to onions This is a safety concern Also not respectful for your customers Then I was kicked out for making a scene about their inability to follow Direction take orders and provide positive upbeat customer service

Read moreThis location has really gone down hill in the last year to say the least... Ever since there was a change in management the store has never been as efficient or good as it once was. It’s hard to have a successful business and a good work environment when the general manager of a restaurant is bluntly racist, straight up lazy, irresponsible, incompetent, and a poor excuse for a human being. This GM is so immature that when she has a problem with an employee she simply tries to get rid of them and cut their hours and it is not due to performance issues, it is simply from not liking them personally. It is funny to me that the GM is clearly breaking McDonald’s policy by fraternizing And living with the maintenance guy she hired some time back. It doesn’t take much common sense to find out that when she first started that her plan was to hired everyone that was not Hispanic. It’s sad that there’s not much you can do about a POS like this.
