My elderly father has been having issues with a court appointed conservator guardian and we went to file a complaint at the courthouse. We’ve filed a complaint in regards to his guardian ad litem on another occasion. I’m writing this review on behalf of my father. A special thank you to Diane, I appreciate your patience and knowledge! Another young lady named Danielle, from the Probate Department, was a breath of fresh air. She was genuinely concerned with getting our complaint heard. She was professional and extremely pleasant. Her help was greatly appreciated! I would also like to mention another lady that answered my questions when I called the other day. Her name was Sarah. I was getting confused with all of the legal jargon I was reading, she explained it in terms I could understand. The judges don’t care about your civil cases. They don’t care and they copy and paste stuff into the order. I hope Judge Thompson has to step down. His laziness for cases that don’t involve anything important to him shows. He also doesn’t like women you can tell. Judges are not suppose to be bias. Judges are always late for court, ALWAYS.. I have new born baby who is a crier and a late judge doesn't help. We have places to go and a life outside court so put ur coffee down. WHY DOES COURT ALWAYS START LATE. Apparently if we're late we can be charged for failure to appear. But Judges can take there sweet time and have no feelings when convicting people.
