Nice clean interior, well lit. Big burgers, but the meat was just ok, nothing great. It doesn't seem like they're seasoning the burger meat at all. The burgers look better than they taste. They are served with Thousand Island dressing. I asked for light dressing on mine, but was served a drippy soggy burger anyway. I didn't even finish it. The fries were pretty good; crispy and hot. We dined in and received friendly table service. Napkin dispensers were on the tables. Soda fountain refill station inside. Their self-serve ketchup dispenser was empty, but they did bring us ketchup packets. We ordered their fried zucchini, and was surprised that it was nearly $9. Definitely not worth it. They were soggy inside and tasted like they were cooked in some sort of used oil that might have cooked meat. They were crispy outside, but the thick batter was strange, not very tasty. There were only two of us ordering. I didn't even order a drink or fries, but somehow our order was over $31. Happy hour is between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., when their burgers, milkshakes, chili cheese fries, chicken sandwiches and four tacos are only $4 each. That would be a good time to try them. I don't recommend the zucchini sticks. The burger alone is only $5.99, plus $0.75 for cheese. Not a terrible deal. They charge an extra $0.75 to go large on the...
Read moreI read about this place on Reddit as I was trying to find the best burger joints in Vegas. People were hyping it up by saying that they have incredible burgers, so naturally, I had to try them out. I'll leave my review in 2 sections: food & service.
Food (4/5): I ordered the R Burger Pak, which comes with a regular hamburger, 2 chicken tenders, and fries. The burger meat was not very tasty on its own, but all the ingredients (bun, pickles, lettuce, etc) were enjoyable. It wasn't close to what I would consider one of the best burgers in the valley, though. The chicken tenders were seasoned well on the exterior but slightly dry on the inside. Dipping them in honey mustard helped with that. The fries were okay, but again, nothing to rave about.
Service (4/5): When I approached the counter, the cashier didn't even greet me. He just looked at me and waited for me to order. The staff do bring your order to your table, so I give them a 4 out of 5 for service.
Overall, the food was adequate for the price, but I don't feel compelled to return. They do have an extensive menu, including breakfast (pancakes, French toast, and burritos) and Mexican...
Read moreOne of the best burger joints in town!!! It is their second location and it is very nice. The restaurant is very clean and the diner style seats give it a diner feel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Their menu is huge, but very simple to navigate, from burgers, burritos, chicken sandwiches, pastrami, and breakfast... We really enjoyed the taste of the food, the patty of the burger was tastefull and juicy, the bun is excellent too, the chicken tenders were perfectly cooked with the excellent breading. They were our favorite. The fries were perfectly seasoned ,crispy and soft on the inside. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Get either their double cheeseburger or Original R burger! - our favorite too. They have the best happy hour menu and the best lunch specials! It is definitely a great place for the value! We highly...
