BELIEVE IN THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!
I was down on my luck when my PS5 broke down and was weighing my options for repair shops in Vegas. Phone PC & Console Fix popped up with near perfect reviews at a 4.9 star, and I thought to myself "These guys might be the best shot I got, it's worth it for the long drive."
And it definitely was. I believe it was Frank and his team who helped me out here.
I arrived on a Thursday, about 2 hours before they close up shop for the day. It looked like they were pretty packed with multiple repairs and pickups coming throughout my visit. They took my console in, and told me that they will check on it ASAP to see if it was manageable for a repair. After diagnosing my PS5 for a bit, Frank came back and told me exactly what was going on; a blown MOSFET and fuses causing inadequate power to be drawn so that the console can turn on, probably from using compressed air for cleaning the console and spraying the liquid metal all over the board, causing shorts to happen throughout (oops!)
Now, I did some homework before visiting and figure that Sony repairs might have been a good alternative... but Sony actually ends up being MORE expensive and takes WEEKS for out-of-warranty repairs. Sony quoted me $258 after taxes with an expected turnaround of 2-3 weeks, and most of the time I've read, Sony will just send a refurbished PS5 that might have similar issues later down the line.
Phone Pc & Console Fix gave me a quote of $220, with an initial 50% total payment required at the start of repair, and get this; only THREE days turnaround. Frank ensured me that he'll do a complete refurbishing and re-application of new liquid metal on the board with the correct seals. He obviously knows his craft and will advise you on preventative care advice when he spots issues with consoles. I'll take this deal over Sony any day.
Here's the kicker too: Frank and his team did this repair OVERNIGHT. I was able to go home with a PS5 on Friday morning and get to play those demanding AAA games flawlessly, no hiccups, overheats, etc. You made yourself a forever customer, I'll be coming back for all my other gaming tech for repairs.

Came with a broken pixel 6 pro in march 23, got it half fixed a couple days later. The SIM card module and wireless charging was still not working. As I was only passing through I agreed to leave the phone to get it fixed properly and the owner Franky, told he'll send it to me once done.
Many e-mails and WhatsApp messages later the phone is still not fixed. In the meantime the company moved and they lost the parts they needed to finish fixing my phone. I got told it'll be ready in a week or two...
It's December 2023 and the phone is still not fixed and Franky has totally stopped answering any emails or WhatsApp messages. I am still traveling and cannot call America neither go there myself so I reached out to one of my friend in Vegas to go and pick the phone. He was smart enough to call ahead and Franky couldn't find the phone...
Seriously what kind of service is that ? Paid 400+$ for the first part being fixed but since then it's still not working and he's lost my phone !
I am hoping this gets resolved very quick as this is totally unacceptable.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

Bad customer service and bad service. Okay, so I bring my fiancée switch for a charging port change, we got a flight in 3 days and the owner received the console itself and said that it would take less than 2 days, because it’s something pretty simple. 3 days pass, they don’t respond calls, make 5 calls in different times of the day, all of them at the voicemail, leave some voicemail, no responds.
Almost 2 weeks later, I call them again and the owner responds the call, I asked him about what happened. They said that the console it’s not done yet. That they will give me an update the next day. 3 weeks later, still no updates. So after calling and waiting I get an update that they change it but the module of the charging port came defective (understandable) so they may send it back and change it (they didn’t).
So I call them again the following week and the owner pick up the call and immediately said that just wait in the line, it’s gonna be less than 5 min. They made me wait almost 30 min. They said that they forgot that they pick up the phone.
After almost a month and a half, I finally received the switch in my new place (since I was moving). And Immediately after I turn it on, the screen just freezes, the switch turn off and never turn on back, so I have to take it to another place where they change the module and the port back again.
