Okay first of all I would like to say that I come to this location often and normally it isn't this busy, but today was packed. One thing I noticed that the staff was understaffed and some of the customers are being very rude, even though you can clearly see that those young guys were working really hard to get those orders out. I had to wait 10 minutes on my meal, yeah I didn't mind because they were very polite about it and even gave me a comp card to make up for it. The lady at the register said it was her second day, you can tell she was clearly overwhelmed but she was so sweet. Every time I come the staff is so sweet and friendly so it hurt me when I came across these negative reviews today. Patience is a virtue that is truly lost, because people can be very rude. I got my food and it was still delicious my double California Burger what exactly how I always get it, my fries were fresh and as I said the staff is very friendly and apologetic. Read moreYoung man at the register needs a different position. Didn't listen, 3 other groups ordered and were seated before he finished our order. Had to repeat order 5x and he still got it wrong. Kitchen screwed up 2 of the meals. Fries and meat insanely salty. Kitchen manager making excuses for the screw ups about only 2 days open. It's not a difficult job to listen and prepare. No better than the horrible Freddy's in Jonesboro. At least it's cleaner. Over $30 for 3 meals not priced like we're used to from Freddy's. Give it 1-2 weeks and I have no doubt there will be way more negative reviews and be just another fast food burger place unfortunately. Freddy's used to be very good
Edit: female manager was very kind and understanding. I hope with a little time the staff gets better. They were all friendly just inadequately trained for only a couple days. Manager in back is actually a trainer and needs to be out of a job. As a trainer his response was unacceptable. Good thing he'll be leaving since he's not a store employee. Last night was a huge disappointment, we arrived at 8:55 pm at the drive-through, order was taken, we were only ones in the line, we watched from outside as people were playing around, laughing and talking, some standing around, order took a long time, we watched employees and manager eating fries w their hands, the employee dropped our bag for the food on the floor, left it, then picked it up and put our order inside. The person handling the sandwiches did have gloves on but others did not including the French Fry young man. Our order set for 8 minutes (I timed it) at the window w manager and employees walking by it never was delivered, we ended up driving off, really disappointing visit, we ended up going down the street to another establishment.
