I had to pull up in the mobile pick up line to the speaker THREE TIMES before I realized I was being greeted by AI and not an actual employee. VERY IRRITATING when we ordered ahead so we could pick it up quickly. You would think that they could put a sign up or something saying that speaker was out of order. I had to get out of mobile order line and pull back around to the ordering speaker. I got my food quickly, however, I asked for mild and diablo and was given fire sauce, and when I got home, the box I ordered had cheese on the taco when I specified NO CHEESE NO SOUR CREAM on anything because I'm severely allergic to dairy. Taco Bell is usually one of the only fast food places that I even feel safe going to because of that. Very disappointing when I get home and my food is wrong. There were also three employees on the side of the building at a truck beside an exit door who were standing around talking which looks REALLY bad when people are having to wait for service at the speaker. I also know how the food business goes these days and I'm pretty sure that at close to 10:00 at night that was probably almost all the staff there at the time besides the girl working the window. Not a good look or a good feeling to a customer when their order is wrong. Read moreDuring a recent visit to the drive-thru, the service was prompt. However, the cinnamon twists we ordered lacked any cinnamon. We brought this to the manager's attention, and he promptly provided a fresh batch with the correct cinnamon coating.
While the restaurant has undergone renovations to improve its appearance, there were some issues with our food order. The bag of nachos was crushed, making it difficult to dip them in the nacho sauce. The grilled steak burrito was significantly smaller than its usual size, and the crunchy taco was completely flattened.
Considering that the restaurant is under new management, we had hoped for an improved dining experience. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the quality of the food and the overall service. It had been over a year since our last visit due to similar issues with food preparation and service. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon.
We spent over $25 on two orders, but only half of the food was presentable and edible. It is unfortunate that we did not capture photographic evidence of the issues...
