The quality of KFC's are amazing... except for this one. I've tried to tolerate this place but I'm now unable to even look at such a sight without a snarl on my face. On the inside, the tables are never clean, the buffet looks likes it's been there for ages, and the workers are too immature to be in a work setting. I went through the drive thru today and all I asked for was a large order of livers. I made sure to call before to make sure that they were fresh due to my previous experiences with the liver being old and hard. I was told that it was cooked around 15 minutes before so I should be fine. I get up there after a 20 minute wait and, what do I get? Old liver that I couldn't even bite into. I didn't even notice until I got home. I fed it to my dog but I feel bad now for giving him such terrible food. I then proceeded to call and see if I could get FRESH livers this time. When I get up there, I call again so I wouldn't have to go through the line again. (Quarantine time so... yeah) I was able to receive fresh livers but the manager (nice guy) came out with my food and told me that the woman who I was on the phone with, claimed that I cursed her and was yelling. (Lies) I'm unable to remember her name (I think Becky or something like that) but I'm never going to go back with such immature workers. My friend (me, I'm writing for the person) would gladly give this worker who accused me of such things her number to meet outside of the workplace to "work things out." The only person there that I have respect for is the manager. (Yet again, real nice guy)
I must also note that during such a disastrous pandemic, the workers are not wearing...
Read moreIf possible to give zero stars I would. Called ahead to check on pot pies because they're out 4/5 times I go there. While on the phone I hear the staff verify they have all ingredients needed and can have it ready in 30-45 minutes. An hour later when I show up I'm told by another manager that they're out of pot pies. I describe my conversation and then explain I would like the phone number for corporate. I'm asked to pull ahead so they can help their customers because they don't have the number for corporate and have to find it. At this point I refuse because I've already been waiting an hour and still am not getting food. Another manager then comes to the window and tells me to pull up or she will call the police. I tell her that all I need is hr name and the phone number for the corporate office to which she slams the window on me. I tried to take a picture since she wouldn't give me her name but she slammed the window before I could. Needless to say I never got anyone's name or a phone number. WILL NEVER RETURN TO...
Read moreI'll give the four stars out of respect for the total amount of times I've had service there. The last time I had service there. I was told the price of something and when I told them it was different they told me I was wrong and was rude about the way they done it. I drove back around took a picture of the price on the board. It was $0.20 difference and it wasn't that important to me to be little myself trying to argue with somebody so rude. I've had employees underneath me a lot of times and I understand that management doesn't always know what each and every employee does or how they act. The 20 cents might not be worth it. But if I get talked to like that again you can bet your bottom dollar I'm going to walk in and talk to the management just out of respect for the rest of the employees and the place. Enough said ! Rory Chance Small... Yes I do still have a picture of the receipt and the picture I took of the menu board outside...
