Pizza Inn — Restaurant in Paragould

I ordered a BLT pizza which comes with MAYONNAISE, lettuce, tomato, and mozzarella cheese. I had this same pizza ordered two nights ago and many other times previously, so I am well aware of what this pizza has on it. My pizza was delivered with no mayonnaise, but pizza sauce instead. I was fine with this mistake because the restaurant was seemingly packed because I had a two hour wait. All I wanted was to simply have my order corrected. When I called to have my order fixed I repeatedly explained to the lady there was no mayonnaise on my pizza. After me explaining this for about the third time she proceeds to say quite rudely “Um excuse me I am the manager here and I’m pretty sure I know what comes on our pizza’s” This behavior is absolutely absurd from ANY employee, but especially from someone who is supposed to be a manager. Customers should always be treated with upmost respect... and managers should always know what their talking about as well. I’ve continuously had issues with this place. Every time I stop to eat their buffet I tell myself "This is the last time I ever eat here!" ,but after awhile I forget and go.....and then the total disappointment hits me again. If you want good pizza from Pizza Inn of Paragould you need to order it. The only time the buffet is edible is during Sunday rush hour around 11-noon. Otherwise it's so old you can't cut it with a fork or knife, so dry the pieces curl up on the end, the pastas were so old and dry they had a skin on them, and flies were constantly buzzing the buffet and our table. The service.... the service was just lacking...there basically was no service. I had to take our glasses to the counter to request more drinks. When we walked into the restaurant we went all the way back to the back dining room looking for a clean and vacant table or booth, but all of them were dirty. Then we went back towards the front and had to stand there while the waitress came over and wiped down the table and ask us what we wanted to drink. Then we headed to the buffet, and we found it with only 2 or 3 pizzas and none of them were fresh. There were at least 10 or 12 tables with customers that were eating and there was only one waitress for the whole place. Needless to say we saw her when she brought our drinks back and this was the last time never came around and asked to refill our drinks and never asked of there was amy kind of pizza we'd like cooked for us.
