If I could do a negative rating I would. We got our food it was all awful I called and complained about the tots and the fries primarily before I realized my chicken sandwich and burger was incorrect as well. I called and spoke with George who was extremely rude and argumentative after I told him they tasted old he said well thier cooked fresh with each order I said well they are nasty as he proceeds to tell me alot of people don't like them I then said well I like them from every other burger king however everytime I anything from this location its terrible. He said it may have been the grease I said maybe so then miraculously he says I have fresh grease now I'll remake it. Ok well after that we proceeded looking at the sandwiches which were also wrong so my husband goes up there with the food and reciept and asks for a refund because the food was inedible. George then goes on to say that the order was "too far back" within 30 minutes of ordering our food it was too far back on the order screen and he couldn't issue a refund but proceeded to take our food and throw it away. Read moreThey were extremely busy this evening, and I mean bussssssssyyyyy! Appx 25 cars in the drive thru, apps 10 customers inside (including me). Some customers were having patience issues, yelling at incoming customers that it was taking an hour to get their food, orders missed up, filming the employees with their phones and threating to turn them in to Management. I had my order taken, but a very polite cashier, thanked them, and stood back and waited. 14 minutes later, I had my order and was out the door. Thanked the crew, and told them (LOUD ENOUGH FOR EVRRYONE TO HEAR) to have a blessed evening and keep up the good job. People need to take a look at themselves. The angry ones just seemed to get angrier by the minute, and making threats and being awful to the employees is not and was not making it easier for the crew to do their job. Read moreThe manager was in the back, yelling and screaming at people, knowing that they were struggling trying to keep up instead of coming up there to help them shouting and hollered at people tell them that they couldn't do anything else until they got the customers taken care of not even to go home when it was their time. This was also shouted out amongst the entire restaurant. All the tables was nasty food and trash into floor. All of our burgers were so nasty because it had too much condiment on it. I couldn't even eat the bun. The bread was soggy. the only good thing observed of the entire experience was one of the cooks was trying to help the customers out more than the manager was . The cook was the only one that showed any kind of leadership. This took place at 2o'clock to 3.
