Steak 'n Shake — Restaurant in Paragould

Alright so First time Steak & Shake customer. Here's my experience.

Pulled into the drive through and the first thing I hear "Good afternoon what can I make fresh for you today"

First impression goes a long way and I was instantly impressed.

I ordered a number 6 with a large coke.

Pulled around waited a few minutes not long at all. Paid for my food and not only received everything quickly but accurately as well.

Left facility feeling pretty good pulled into Walmart got gas went to the side of Walmart then began to eat my food.

Food at this point still plenty warm not super hot but still warm unlike McDonald's fries would of been the fries were still warm and flavorful.

Next I went to the western bacon burger and I opened it up to see a rather nice wrapped burger with cheese melted out the side smelled and looked Amazing.

Now the first bite.

I could taste every ingredient it was so amazing I had to keep eating it slowly just so I could savor the flavor.

I’ve been here several times in the last few months food is always great, redheaded drive threw lady has always been very patient and considerate, but almost anytime I come in I get ignored or over looked by the staff members nobody is really willing to help/tables are dirty not stocked and their “manager” Cassie with the long hair has spoken to me in an unprofessional manner more than once. I am finally done with this establishment and will not be wasting my money or time on a business with improper employees and a lack in customer representation. I would give this store a zero...

Ordered around 710pm got my order at 723pm, take out. Got home fries were cold, my order of large cheese fries was missing. My order number was 159. I called the number on the ticket got an automated voice to leave message gave my name and number. Waited 20 minutes called again got same automated voice. Staff was laughing and cutting up. I have gone to steak and shake since I was 16yrs old, I'm 67 now.
