I always have loved zaxbys because of my love for some good chicken and I haven’t had a problem in the past, maybe since late 2017, but here lately, things have just been bothering me, especially with the whole “customer service” attitude here recently. My boyfriend and I love to come here for a quick bite when we haven’t had dinner yet, and MULTIPLE times we have came around 8:45-9 (closing is at ten) and it Takes forever... but they’re not always that busy? When we get our food it’s not that fresh and we now have gotten smart and do “bag checks” to make sure we have everything in the bag. I’d say 7/10 times I’ve had to go back inside to get food, or an extra sauce that I pay for! It’s frusturating and I’ve had way better experiences at different zaxbys locations, something about the Paragould one though. I was very frusturated in one situation when I went inside due to a long drive through line and my bad experiences there and was taken aback when the young man who took my order was very anxious, forgetting little things, and even rolled his eyes at an elderly couple who was getting closer to the counter for an easier view at the menu!! I chuckled because I thought maybe he was a new employee and was forgetting the most basic things, but that’s when I saw his name tag and it said “enriching lives since 2017”. This kid was all over the place. At the bare minimum, if he started on December 31, 2017 that means he’s been working for at least 4 months. Hopefully he wasn’t like this all the time. Went to go grab some condiments and refill my drink and him and his buddies were behind the counter talking about who knows what but cussing fairly loudly, but there’s Christian music playing? Read moreThere’s only one thing I can say was good about this experience, I survived. I ordered my food through the drive through. 2 tender plates, 2 sweet teas, 2 The House(salads), 1 order of cheddar bites. The woman says “we are out of coleslaw, would you like extra bread or fries?” I didn’t want either! I drove 10 miles out of the way to get this. Smh. I said just give me toast I guess. We got to the window and I give her my card and she starts handing me the sweet tea. I usually don’t even get a drink but I wasn’t planning on stopping again. 10 hours on the road is enough. I asked could I get the bigger one. She says sure. It’s just going to be an upcharge. I said uh. Ok. Fine. She goes back swipes my card and brings the tea back. She said oh I put extra ice in it because it is freshly made. It didn’t dawn on me because I was already upset. She watered down my whole tea. It was watery Luke warm tea. All the ice had melted. So I ended up having to stop down the road to get something to drink. Finally we took the food out to eat. It look like they poured a whole box of seasoned salt all over my fries and tenders! Read moreI am genuinely pissed. I’m traveling through and I ordered online a six piece meal with a kids meal and coleslaw. I also ordered extra sauce on the side. The only thing that they are correct it was a kids meal which applause to them because it’s literally just chicken fingers and fries. All of my food was cold in my six piece was a three piece. I asked for extra sauce on the side and I received two packets of ranch and one honey mustard. I missing my sweet and spicy, which honestly made me so mad. I was told that I could come back tomorrow or tonight to get it replaced but as I said, I’m traveling through and I live six hours from here. I don’t have time nor do I want to turn back around to come to Zaxby’s to get more cold food. I wouldn’t even be that mad if the food was fresh but it does taste like it’s been sitting for a long time. It told me to pick up in 13 minutes and I picked up in the same time frame so there’s no reason why the food should be cold. I don’t want more food from you guys. I would just like a reimbursement for the food that I did not receive into which I paid for.
