Huddle House — Restaurant in Paragould

Went for breakfast and received the worst service we have had in a long time. The restaurant was busy but not unusually so. There were still empty tables and we did not have to wait to be seated. We did however wait awhile for someone to wait on us. Got drink order in by one lady and then 20 minutes later a different lady came and took our order. Then we waited over 45 minutes for food to be ready. Another waitress grabbed our food and took it to the table behind us. The customers at that table said it was not their order and I said that it was ours. That waitress then told ours that she put the wrong table on the ticket. And our waitress just laughed and said OMG. She did not come explain anything to us or even say anything to us at all. The other waitress made a big deal about how she would have to take it back and have it remade. We then had to wait again to have it remade. After 30 minutes we asked for the manager, and she came with the food. They got my moms order wrong (they doubled the French toast -8 pieces instead of 4) and did not order the platter for me like I had asked for, so I got pancakes only with no sides. We told the manager it was wrong and she got a real ugly attitude. I could tell that the food was the same they had brought out originally to the other table because of the large order of French toast and the trails of melted butter and new butter on my pancakes. Our waitress never came back to the table, no refills no nothing. We had to get our ticket from someone else. When we went to pay for it, the gentleman from the table behind us put down cash on our ticket and said for the trouble we had. I told him he didn't have to do that it wasn't anything they did, and before I got the last word out our waitress came by and snatched the cash and walked off to the register, giving herself a rather large tip. Tuesday June 9th 5:00 pm. I ate at your Paragould AR restaurant. There were 15 or 20 kids of age 8 to 12 and a few adults with them. They were selling tickets of some type. With all the interruptions and the noise with kids running around, we could not enjoy the meal. This happens about once a month. Kids and adults clean off tables and serve drinks. One lady brought me coffee with her hand over the top of the cup after cleaning tables. I little girl got a to go box for a lady, and the lady refused it, so the kid took it back and put it back in the stack. We eat with two other couples each Tuesday and Friday evening. The other couples also do not approve of the service. Sometimes the people at the drink machine don’t look very clean. If you approve of this service that is ok, but we can eat elsewhere. My wife and I came in to the huddle house in paragould at 9 pm on March 19th, there wasn't that many people in the place. They told us to sit anywhere which we did. We sat looking at the menu waiting for someone to come get our drink order. We noticed several servers look in our direction but no one came to serve us. After 15 or so minutes with no one coming to our table, we got up and left. The place was not busy so there was no reason to ignore us......, We came back in on the 22nd, we were greeted by a very nice man, the owner i believe, but he asked if we were the folks who had been i the night before, we said yes and he appologised for the bad service we had received.
