Panda Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Paragould

I’ve ordered from this place for years now. In the past months they have really left something to be desired. Tonight I ordered and didn’t receive my food until almost 2 hrs after it was place. Everything cold and soggy, and half on my food at the bottom of the bag!! Went to start pulling things out and one bag of the chips that go into soup broke open from being water logged. Called to tell them that I wasn’t pleased. The very rude lady who answers the phone starts wanting to argue with me. And making excuse after excuse. Like so “your food is cold and soggy because it’s cold and wet outside” no it’s wet and soggy because it took 2 hrs to get here, and items were spilled all over the bag. Stay away from this foul business. Nothing done to fix the issue other than meet with a terrible attitude. NO MORE CHANCES FROM ME.

I called in an order. The girl was busy I know. But don't come back at me. Cause I asked if she was ready now. Hateful. Short with me. And didn't even get a name for my order.. a bad night for her. Don't take it out on me! I would've understood if she asked if I can hang on for a min. Nooo. Not even that. She asked for large or small. I was deciding. A sec later she was like off the phone. Checking people out. Then came back in the phone and said well if you don't know I'm gonna do this. When she got back on the phone. I asked if she was ready. Then she came back really hateful. Argued for a couple min. She took my order. N hung up. This was just a half hour ago. Again. I understand how busy they are. I used to do a lot of...

The service was ok except that we called before we went to find out if they took local checks. The lady on the phone said yes but when we got there it turned out that they do NOT take checks. They need to train the workers better.

This is the only place in town that I know of that serves boneless ribs and they are really really good! The vegetable fried rice...not so much. Egg rolls were good. Hubby said the Broccoli chicken was decent. So far that is all we have eaten there.

It is a small place with only 5 tables inside. It is clean and smells really good in there. They do lots of take out and the lady told us that they deliver quite a way outside of the actual city. I haven't tested that yet. If I do I'll let you all know...
