I want to like it so bad. We've heard a lot of craze about LHG since they moved into Jonesboro, but we held off a while to let it calm down. We finally got in on a Saturday afternoon, and it was still booming.

We were kindly greeted with a 45 minute wait, and the hostess even checked the bar for us to see if there were seats available. It was full too, but she told us there was a couch we could eat at if we wanted to. We were knocking on the door of hangry so we went for the couch experience.

On the way to the couch, we got to take in the decor. It seems like a very upscale casual experience. I didn't feel out of place wearing jeans and a t-shirt, but I also would have felt fine wearing Sunday's best.

A waitress greeted us right away but seemed confused why we were on the couch. She grabbed us some menus and told us that two seats opened up at the bar, so we jumped at the chance. The bartender seemed very busy but still managed to be attentive to everyone.

We both got burgers, both of which had bacon, according to the menu. Neither one had bacon and seemed very bland. Not bad, just nothing special. The chips and fries were great, though! My wife got a lemonade that was also pretty good.

If I was with friends who wanted to go here, I would go, but our initial experience wasn't what we'd hope. I would encourage you to go and make your...

To the older woman working this afternoon. Fix your attitude. I came in today to get dinner for my boyfriend and was greeted with this older woman. I was kind to her in the beginning and told her I had a mobile order placed. She told me they didn’t do mobile orders, but I told her I had called and that someone took my order and got my name and told me it would be ready in 20min. She then went to the back and said it wasn’t ready yet and so I asked if I could go ahead and pay while I waited seeing how no one else was in line. She complained about it but proceeded to have me pay. She slammed the receipt down on the counter and asked me to sign and so I’m return I slammed my card down and signed without a word. As I went to sit and wait she told me there was no need for my attitude in which I told her there was no need for hers either. She went to the back complaining the entire time over work, she has been huffing and puffing since I walked through the doors mind you. ) and when she brought me my food, I grabbed it and went to leave and she told me that I should at least say thank you! 😂😂 GIRL WHY WOULD I SAY THANK YOU FOR YPUR POOR SERVICE! If I could call and make a formal complaint I WOULD. Get better people, people who will actually enjoy their job rather than hating it and taking it out on their customers. Great food...

First visit, called it in. Burger was good, (after I scraped off the ketchup, that I told them I didn't want) and I asked for a thin burger patty, but didn't get that. The French fries were TERRIBLE!! I was thinking everything was made to order, but the fries were so hard and crunchy. They tasted like they had set for a while. Lemonade tasted like warm sugar water, not great. Also my son didn't want bacon on his mushroom swiss burger, and guess what? He got bacon..... For $31 which is a little pricey, I expected better!

Ok so on Sept 10 2021, I called to place an order, was immediately asked to be put on hold, I said ok. Waited 6 minutes, nothing, so I figured I would hang up and call again. I did, 17 times in about 10 minutes. They never answered at all. It went straight to a voicemail......??? What? A business? I literally think they took the phone off the hook. What a professional move..... So they are an awful business to do this to a customer. Will not use...

Not too expensive, but bland. I had the "Big Montana Sky". The presentation was too notch. It looked like a mound of cheese, mushrooms, steak sauce and grease. Unfortunately it tasted like an unseasoned patty with Kraft cheese and a spritz of A1. Fries were passable. My wife had the Queso Bacon Burger. I had a bite, and I could barely taste the difference. The ketchup was sweet. Tastes like tomato pastes, a pinch of garlic powder and corn syrup. I ended up trying to salt it to see if perhaps everything was just under-salted. After that I could taste salt and little else.

Went at 7:30 after a ball game, they close at 8. The service was amazing. The girls working tonight, great attitude, helped with the menu suggestions. But - honestly the food was sub par. Want crazy about the fries, the burgers were just burgers nothing to rave about. We played uno with the cards they had out. It was fun and the kids loved it. Food was a miss. Lemonade was yummy.
