I'm giving 1 star simply for the fact the waiting time is horrible in drive thru, it usually takes 20 to 30 minutes wait time. I've worked in fast food before all the food are all flashed frozen or pretty much ready to be cooked. All the food preparation is in a assembly line and to make an order should be under 3 minutes per order. Let's say per vehicle a family of 5 which includes 5 burgers, 5 fries and 5 sodas and 9 piece chicken star nuggets all that should be done in 3 minutes. If you get 3 cars of family of 5 they all should be outta before the 10 minutes mark. Also, by the time the fried product is done guess what everything else should be too. The fry machine would always been like a timer to me the timer for the fry machine is set between 3 to 4 minutes depending if its a full bag or whatever fried product it is. Carls jr in Paramount on Lakewood Blvd you need to step up in Customer Service. The wait time needs major improvement and you can't say short staff, I've also worked when we were limited on employees. Just need to be more productive on the time being spent when on clock. Plus, the manager is not greatest either I may add he is rude and not polite just asked for your atm card and does not say anything and gives you a stare down. If not happy find something else...

The food was good, amazing chef. Maria, is a horrible worker she needs to be fired. Me and a lot of people I know including family and coworkers stop going due to her poor service she is very rude. Today I decided to give it a chance again and regretted it. While I was ordering my daughter was still carrying my 2 year old mind you he’s autistic, she had the mouth to say “and control your kid I don’t want him running” I respectfully stated “I will try my best I understand” but she repeated herself in a horrible tone . YOU CANT JUDGE OFF LOOKS HES SO CALM!!! I went for my first refill and she turned off the soda fountain with a rude face. This locations air in the playground doesn’t work, get it fixed most of your costumers use it. WONT BE GOING EVER AGAIN SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO...

Friendly service that's usually fast. The food temperature and quality varies greatly from visit to visit though and it's pretty pricey compared to similar fast food places. They always over sauce their food, even if you ask for light sauce. I find it's best to ask for sauces on the side. The beyond meat "burgers" are very tasty, though even more expensive than their already higher priced beef offerings. The dining area is usually pretty clean and trash is picked...
