Casa Adelita — Restaurant in Paramount

My family and i ordered the Parrillada Adelita and Parrillada Marisco... We hated it. The food was incredibly bad. The venue? The music was enough loud enough to not let you think! I left with a headache. Also, the tables were incredibly crammed. The chips? Horrible quality; you would think they'd be able to at least get this right. The salsa? Not authentic nor spicy; very watered down. The agua fresca? Diluted. The guacamole? Not authentic. Incredibly smooth and tasted like it came from a can.

The service? Well, let's just say that i saw (2) waiters/waitresses running around. Or waitress was kind enough to change my diluted horchata for a "fresh one" o.O All i can say is that she tried her best but they were incredibly short handed and wait times are very long to get anything.

The food? Where do i start? The "salad" had wilted leaves and it looked old. The mojarra also tasted old and stale. The carne asada was very tough and the chicken pieces were flavorless and dry.

Not impressed and I would avoid.

The good? live Mariachi the inside decor was nice

It was a complete letdown. Chipotle may be better than this...

horrible customer service.. we waited 1.5 hours for a table for 6 of us. after the wait the hostess said she will out us on two small tables so we can get drinks and in no time put us on a bigfer table (we had out of town guests). we sat in tbe two tables for another 30 mins and nothing, we got drinks and we told the waitress that we were waiting for a bigger table to sit together, we ordered our food and tols the waitress to please not being anything out till we sat together, 20 min later she brings out two plates that are ready and gives them to the other table, i call her and tell her we had just told her to wait on the food till we sat together and she said on yeah i forgot, should i go get the plates from then.. i was like no their already eating off of them.. 20 min later they finally sit us together .. they forget to make one of our guests food and shes left waiting another 15-20 min for her food after everyone was already eating.. **horrible place, horrible service, supper loud music, will never...

Went today to eat there and honestly very nice and clean but the food was horrible I had a chicken wet burrito the chicken tasted old I order my son Costa azul and it suppose to b only shrimps they had jaiva and shrimp together wrapped with bacon burned... French toast was good the ceviche had a small hair which it couldn't b my niece my niece has long black hair and this hair was small and u couldn't even see the shrimps it had more onions then shrimps my sister had carne asada nachos they were soggy they dip the nachos with the wet burrito sauce which made the chips soggy by the time we got the nachos.. the enchiladas was not that bad but they also use the wet burrito sauce on them which we decided not to eat them I told the lady to take them... my step son had chicken soup he usually eats everything he left it and only ate the veggies..... my sister decided to let the lady knw we weren't so sure to say something but we did our bill was $80.76 they gave us a discount of $20.00 I will never go to...
