Hola hola …hi there Amores! Nena here would like to give a great appreciation applause to Laura the Manager in “Cocina” Yes the “Kitchen” of my local Northgate Market! Laura and her staff at this location are absolutely amazing and hard working people making sure their customers are pleased and happy to return again to continue savoring their delicious hot food items and cold ones too they sell at their location. Laura’s customer service goes way beyond my expectations and she’s dedicated and committed to assure you’re a satisfied customer! Yes,Yes,& Yes! If there’s something you may want and you’re interested in the items to be ready for your gathering or event call ahead, place your orders. Make life easier for yourself during these changes of weather..and do it! I’m telling you who doesn’t like enjoying our delicious authentic Mexican Cuisines and enjoying it at your convenience at home or wherever without having to do a thing! Well when life takes a complete toll on you and your physically limited, Laura’s commitment to make sure I’m a happy customer has been noticeable. The events where I’ve ordered Ceviches without cilantro do to food allergies thanks to Laura have been super easy to handle without me worried oh goodness what if I arrive and there’s no more Ceviches or I don’t want left overs from yesterday for my next day events during lunch. Chile rellenos are completely made like our traditional typical Mexican Chile rellenos and the taste was great and my event was also a great success having what I was craving to enjoy with my loved ones…all thanks to Laura reassuring me that the food is delicious and would be presented a certain way for me to just sit back and enjoy my loved ones …and yes that truly was a fact! Picked up my corn and flour tortillas there too and the event was a total accomplishment🌻🙏🏼❤️Muchas pero muchas Gracias Laura por su dedicación y por su labor a garantizar que lo que compró aquí en mi tienda local de Northgate sería todo un éxito y así fue! Every time I go to this northgate it’s a nightmare & really bad experience when I shop there after 7 pm. There’s always a problem with produce, they don’t have the items I need or they have a couple which are completely damaged or rotten. The guy working the produce section is very lazy & refuses to bring out new fresh items. I asked for several different fruits & vegetables & he always tells me that there’s no more in the store until tomorrow. I requested to speak to the manager & the bagger girl told me she was at register #4, the cashier at that register was very rude & she insisted that she was the manager. 20 minutes later I found the real manager so I realized that the bagger girl & the cashier had lied to me. I’ve had this problem several times & after I inform the real manager they go to the back & they bring out the stuff that I need. It’s ridiculous & very disappointing that I always have this problem only at this store. I will never shop there again, the employees I talked to were very unprofessional, they lie to customers & obviously...

The Bakery service is horrible.... I order a cake and they gave me the wrong one... I didnt realize it until I got home when we tried to open it it had lots of tape, and they also called me saying they gave me the wrong cake etc. They made me drive back from where the party was to to get my right cake. And once I was there the lady who was there in the bakery section was rude and saying it was our fault for the cake. And she tried saying she was attending other ppl when there was no one else but us. How do you mix a cake when we take you the receipt. I would of never went back, but I paid a lot for a small cake.... I tried talking to a supervisor and they wouldn't call him at all. When I had seen him there. I'm so angry this happened. And especially they way the service was. Not just that they gave a big as cake box for a small cake what a joke.

Update: I wanna thank the manager Jose Manuel for helping me out with my problem. And being very understanding about what happened he was very friendly and communicative. Hopefully the service...
